I got the 5 piece chicken tenders mac and cheese with a biscuit. It’s was good the overall wait time was about 10 minutes at 7pm.
I went into KFC to order, it was clean and well staffed, there was a slight mix up on dining in or out. I just took my food to go, wasn’t a big deal.
Peach Mountain Dew was quite a culture shock, wasn’t bad but I think next time I’ll stick with Pepsi or Coke.

Went the other day right after a rush. The 2 people in front were very nice and hilarious. Cashier was training i want to say, and his trainer was trying to finish filling other orders. The dynamic they had was great. Though busy they always kept a smile on face and made any wait time for biscuits seem like nothing.

Huge shoutout to this KFC! After all these years, I’m impressed by the recent renovations and top-notch customer service. Every visit has ended on a high note, and when issues popped up, they went above and beyond to fix them. Taiessa was particularly awesome, providing prompt service with a smile. The food was on point, too! I ordered the 16-piece extra crispy and 8-piece tender meal, and it was all hot, fresh, and delicious . Pro tip: order ahead for large or special orders, and they’ll have it ready to go!

I’ve had mixed experiences with this place. The food’s not bad, but there are some other things that detract from my overall experience here. The two things that I feel could be improved are the customer service, and the wait times. I sometimes get good customer service and other times it can be bad. And I typically have to wait longer here than I do at other fast food restaurants to get my order.

The kid who took my order moved so slow I thought something was wrong with him. My chicken tenders tasted like the ones you buy at the grocery store. But the fries were awesome! The restaurant was very clean and the bathroom was spotless.

The thing about KFC in general is they’ve truly lost the art of preparing quality food consistently. I have eaten at this KFC several times and only once was it fresh. In addition, the prices are ridiculous for the food. $33.00 + for an 8-piece.
Dad to think an age-old icon is losing the basis of what made them great. This experience, like most others, the chicken was cold, biscuits were stale and dry, mash potatoes were dry and cold slaw was runny.
I only have 2 stars, 1 is mostly for the staff being so friendly and the lemonade being delicious. The chain needs to really take a close look at quality control for their food.
