For me I haven’t been to a KFC since my I used to take mt mom. She passed away in 2020 and I Saw the reviews and was worried about having a bad experience with my family. As you can see in photos we had a great time and i can’t wait until the next time.

Twice in the last month we have come here. Both times an employee named Mars has been the one to help us. This guy seems to always be angry, muttering under his breathe, yelling at me one time. I don’t know what’s going on in his life, but he has to learn to leave it at the door. The food was good, but that service makes me not want to give you a third try.

RIDICULOUS & INFURIATING
I don’t know what’s going on with their work culture but it seems like it is beyond pathetic. I ordered the 3 piece meal and the food was so stale just by looking at it that it made me even more angrier. We don’t live locally so turning back was not an option. The fries seemed like they were days old and tasted awful (according to my husband who tasted them because I was not putting those disgusting fries in my mouth).
Visually, you can tell they are not fresh. At the least, they must have been several hours long. They could have simply told us they were out of fries instead of having us pay for nasty looking fries that don’t even look edible.
Worse more, the fries seemed like they were scraps and were barely filled to the top… The chicken and the baked biscuit were equally old.

Stood in the lobby for over a half hour waiting for my oder only to overhear the crew say they gave it away to a door dasher. Wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes for them to redo my order. Super slow, dumped orders out and recounted several times. Do not recommend.

I was just looking for some quick chicken strips and they were delicious. One of the strips I got was teeny tiny – but when I counted them, I saw that I had an extra to make up for it. That’s real customer service there. This could so easily have been a bad review if I’d had to pay for that tiny little strip – instead, I drove away feeling very satisfied and cared for.

I used to love this place as a kid but recently it has become terrible. The employees are extremely rude and don’t care about the place. Sticky tables, dirty floors, and a horrible smell that makes you want to be sick before you even get the food. When you get the food you are met with cold fries and a very long wait time. Then you find yourself having to run to the restroom because you get sick. The drive thru people are horrible too and they do not care at all

Rough night for our order. We ordered on line and they were friendly and quick. They forgot to give us our sauces for chicken strips. No butter or honey for biscuits. No napkins and did not mark the top of drink cups. Usually very efficient.

I would give this KFC a 0. Horrible food a bunch of kids work at night with a manager that acts like a kid. Dirty kitchen floors,gross soda area dirty tables. My corn was straight from the can not warmed at all! KFC is mine and my family’s favorite but we will never eat here again
