Very unfortunate that a chicken little sandwich is now $7.38 ea. And apparently they ran out of bread cause all they did was put 2 chicken strips on a regular bun and charged 7.38 per side. What a joke! And the steak quesadilla may as well been ordered half and half. Half cheese and half steak cause both ends didnt have meat. Can’t believe they get away with robbing people! And to top it off drive threw lady was rude! Won’t be returning, mostly cause now I’m broke with thier outrageous prices for little food portions!

This particular KFC seems to be going downhill since when do you order the large sides and they give you two scoops enough to fill a small side? That’s what happened with every single one of my orders when I ordered large sides for my family. It’s really unfortunate what is happening cuz this used to be one of the best places in town to get a quick dinner for your family. I hope they improve. This is pretty frustrating. I feel like I gave him my money away.

Food is never adequate. Within 1 month I have gotten the Matty’s cheesy bowel twice, both times there was no gravy. I have gotten the honey BBQ sandwich twice, both times I got just a regular chicken sandwich with a random side of a sauce that isn’t even honey BBQ. At least 3 times I have gotten a spicy mac and cheese bowl where I received a regular non spicy version. This may be the only place in town that messes up more consistently than McDonald’s.

Stopped by the Taco Bell / KFC in Evanston during a road trip and was really impressed. The staff were kind and fast, the restaurant was clean, and our order came out hot and fresh. It’s nice to find a place that takes pride in both sides of the menu — tacos and fried chicken were both great! Definitely recommend this location for a quick and tasty stop.

Ordered 12 wings . Instead of giving me old wings. They threw the old ones out and made me some fresh. While I waited Yanet offered me a cup for water. Great staff. Very hospitable and accommodating .
