Came her 6/22 with my family. We like the dual restaurant concept with Tacobell and KFC under the same roof. The staff was patient and attentive, made sure our order was correct and prepared everything to our liking. The lobby and restrooms were clean and the parking lot and adjacent lot allows for big rig or RV parking.

I am sitting in the drive thru waiting for my sauce after cashier Tiffany refused my BBQ sauce. Seriously the kids or who ever is working tonight should not be work in hospitality. 7/18 @ 8:45 pm. I will today for dipping sauce but won’t open then window and tha lobby is closed. Should totally have conversation with staff. I would have been fired and so would my manager if we behaved this way.

So we just went through KFC and got 3 meals and I will te you what when it comes to this KFC Taco Bell location I would just skip it not worth wasting your money because somebody’s order is always wrong . Today it was mine and I’ve had enough . I got the new nugget meal and it was horrible nuggets had to have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours they were hard as a rock ,they had the nerve to put them in a box and send them out the window. This is not the first issue I’ve had with them either . It’s definitely going to be the last . KFC DO BETTER .

The chicken was pretty pricey for a 4-piece meal, and I can not understand how they can even consider a wing is a piece of chicken as you may get two bites out of it. But I guess that’s the way they make money off a chicken by using every last bite. Not really worth the money anymore. Service did improve somewhat

Interesting…. never seen a KFC and Taco Bell merged before. If has its ups and downs. Like my friend wanted Taco Bell but I wanted KFC. So we just decided to order here. It was confusing but efficient. They don’t take dine in yet though. But it only took 2 minutes for them to come out with the food. The food was good and I would recommend this place but keep in mind it can be confusing.

Ordered 3 piece chicken combo. (2 breasts and a wing) Got a 3 piece box. (2 thighs and a drum) taters and cole slaw, NO Drink! Apparently no discount for no drink! And, is there a shortage on gravy? By the time you get home from the drive through, you’re kinda out of luck I guess! What has happened to SERVICE?
