KFC in Casper Wyoming, What a rip off charged me $18 for 8 small chicken tenders that had more breading than meat and $6 for French fries, all I ordered was a 8 piece chicken, french fries and 4 biscuits they charged me $32 for that its absolutely ridiculous I could have gone to a nice restaurant and had a steak dinner for the money they charged me, oh and the prices online were half what they charged me when I told them that I was told they don’t honor online prices instore so I thought my order was half that until I picked it up and yes i ordered online if I’d known they were going to charge that much i wouldn’t have ordered from KFC I’ll never go here again I hope my review will help other people not get ripped off the way I did especially if you order online I’ve never known a store not to honor online prices their scamming and robbing people, they have no right to be in business at all.

Went in for lunch placed our order and all I had was $100 bill. Basically was refused because I had nothing smaller. I asked if the manager could break it from the safe and was told that the manager had no access to the safe and to have a nice day! The guy at the counter didn’t even attempt to ask his manager. What great service will not be back!

Store was mostly dirty. The kitchen had scraps and trash on floor visible from service counter. The dining area was dirty too. It was hard to find a somewhat clean table. It was not busy when we were there.

David was our Cashier. His personal appearance was quite slovenly. He looked like he would have rather been anywhere else than helping us. That is until he noticed my daughter and my DIL. They only had the extra Krispy chicken breasts. And the potatoes and gravy were cold. I could say more, but overall not the beast one I’ve been in and I love KFC.

. There was only half of the potatoes in the container. They put the gravy in sideways and it spilled all over everything else. Only got 10 of the 12 pieces ordered. Asked for the chicken to be split between regular and extra crispy. They dumped it all in together. Not sure which is which.
