You lost my business for today, and I’ll tell you why: Today I came in and asked for some tacos, and your server Becca asked me how many. I said 3 (since that was how many were in the combo), and then I ordered some more items. I asked if there was a drink included in the combo, and she said ‘no’, but added one onto the order. The cost was more expensive than I’d expected, so I checked the receipt, and she’d entered the order as “Tacos Only” and the beverage separate instead of entering it as the combo where the drink would be included. (She also set a medium drink cup instead of the large I’d asked for, and was on mt receipt)
I asked her about the way she rang it up, and she insisted that this was the way I had ordered it. I’m not going to stand there and argue with you about which way to phrase my order so that I get the combo deals that you post the prices for. I’m just glad I was paying enough attention to notice that you’re trying to rip me off for a few extra bucks. I have to ask if this was worth it on your end, seeing as I don’t intend on coming back anytime soon – Do you get enough money by underhanded tricks like this to justify the business you lose?

First we pull up to the drive-thru and we get the most proficient employee (unknown) on the speaker he recorded the order correct. Next we get to the window get our food l, we start pulling away and Caiden stops us to make sure we got our utensils great work

Had to demand a replacement piece of chicken when they didn’t have the breast in a two piece meal. They said they’d replace breast with two thighs, then only gave us one thigh… staff laughing and ignoring my request for second thigh… you’d think that the chicken comes out of their paycheck… no wonder they are working fast food…

Third time in a row. I have purchased chicken from this location and half of the bucket is a joke! TWICE now I have received from this location drum sticks that are the size of my THUMB!!! This last order one of the chicken wings had a 1/2 a bite worth of meat on it. With the prices I don’t understand how this place sells ANY chicken. I can’t be the only one to get these puny pathetic pieces of chicken.

The kfc fried chicken came out good, not sure if the biscuits were cooked, and it took about +30mins for us to get our order for dine in. The cashier was very friendly and the dining area seemed clean as they were a very busy location.
