Went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken fried steak specials, we also ordered two chicken pot pies..the steak was overcooked and rubbery and the pot pies were basically empty as the crust was caved it! Very very disappointing! After being a KFC fan since I was a child, I have to say not a fan anymore..also called to complain and I asked to talk to a manager..I heard him in the background say ‘It’s Rush Hour, tell them to call later.’

Did an online order and stated pick up time 12:00 p.m. When arriving to pick up the order we were told order is not ready it only popped up on the screen at 12:00. Why have online if order is not ready as scheduled. Also told to park and come inside for order! What? What is drive through for except for the convenience of online ordering and drive through?

You may ask why I’m only given two stars this time. So I asked for two meals which I got however I got old chicken strips, I asked for my gravy on the side of my mashed potatoes cuz I like to dip my chicken into the gravy. However I got old chicken strips mashed potatoes with gravy on top and they look pretty old the drink was good the biscuits a little hard but it’s edible. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and they were pretty fast but I just can’t even eat my food because it’s old.

It took them almost 10 min to get a famous bowl, medium mtn dew, and some potatoe wedges. Honestly, everyone in canon says burger king is bad, but this is just sad how bad it was. Good luck

We arrived rather late but restaurants was still open. We had a special order and the employees got it perfect. The employees were diligently cleaning but promptly made our order. Thank you for the good work.

Went to enjoy some good food and got more than I asked for. First off the food was great. Only complaint is the worker! She forgot sauces which is no big deal but then forgot 4 drinks on the order. I attempted to show her my receipt and she was rude and said I can look it up. She kept looking at me, the table we were sitting at and then said “I gave you your 3 drinks.” I said yes but we are still missing some unless the full ups don’t include any. She again gave me a dirty look and the table and said I guess I’ll give you 3 more and proceeded to tell me it was no big deal. I’m not sure if this Nicole chick is management or not but I’m not the one that messed up and tried to say I was lying….. Please i was in the lobby and you can see I didn’t get all my order. Still got charged for another drink that I never got SMH.
