We ordered off the app just before 5pm hoping it would be fresh, we were wrong. The chicken was definitely old and extremly greasy with uncooked breading, sign of uneven cooking.The potatoes were starting to turn dark because of them being under the heat too long. The biscuits were hard and cold, and the coleslaw was not enough for a 12 piece family meal. The only edible product out of the meal was the gravy. The quality control is definetly an issue and maybe better training of their employees. While I was there picking up the order, two of the general managers were sitting at a table. Maybe they should get up and check on the quality of the products coming out of their establishments. I do not recommend this KFC, and if you are here, I would suggest eating at Charley’s. They are 100% better than what we recieved from KFC. This was our second bad expience here.

Though the staff was polite there was a bit of disorganization causing for a slight bit of aggravation. My order was for a 16 piece and only received an 8 and they forgot the gravy but all was fixed with ease.
