First they erased my order from drive thru and then when I went in they completely forgot my order the you g man assured me my whole order was there nope they forgot one of my LG mashed potatoes and gravy worst service ever I can’t believe no apology or anything I will make sure to let everyone know they should not come here plus they shorted me a piece of chicken and it was supposed to extra crispy!! This is not extra crispy. Now I remember why I stopped eating there

I went to KFC to take advantage of a coupon because I can rarely afford to eat take out. One coupon was for a bucket of 10 pcs or more and when I ordered it I was told they’re no longer honoring that coupon. He claimed he didn’t know why. He said that I could get a bucket of 8 pcs for a lower price and that’s what I did. I also ordered a side of cole slaw. They had the cole slaw container in a bag and they put the bag on top of the bucket, however the bucket lid was not put on securely so it was lopsided. The cole slaw was then falling into the bucket of chicken. This would not be a problem if the container of cole slaw was sealed properly, but it wasn’t so the juice from the cole slaw was dripping all over the place. Are you kidding me???? I may not go back just for the absolute mess that comes with it. Btw, it’s been several years since I’d ordered KFC and I was really looking forward to the “extra crispy” variety but this time I wasn’t given that option.

Don’t come here if you value your time. We waited 30 minutes for a simple meal when there was literally no one in the dining room. 0 apologies 0 hey do you want a free something for the future visit just 35 minute wait in total for our food. I get it. No one cares anymore about fast food, but just saying if you come here plan on spending an hour.

Tried getting a hot honey tender combo, they were out. So I asked for a sandwich combo with mash potatoes and gravy and two biscuits w honey and butter. Got a sandwich with an old dried up patty, with barely any honey, no pickles at all, super old fries instead of mashed potatoes, and didn’t even get honey or butter with my biscuits. Thanks for taking my money to go right into my trash can.

Had a pleasant experience in the drive thru. Service was fast however the chicken is less than fresh, very dry and hard. The mt dew I got with my order is 90% carbonated water and lacks flavor.

Let’s take a moment to thank the locations around the country that actually care about serving people the right way. This visit was the opposite of that. Ordered the 16 pc family meal with 4 large sides. After handing my food all smashed into one bag, I proceeded to leave. I check it out in the parking lot before leaving. WOW! Biscuits smashed, box falling apart, and I got 2 small scoops of potatoes and two scoops of Mac. The container of fries is enough to feed 4. I take my bag back inside. One of the shift managers in a black shirt walked past and rudely told his employee to take care of the front. Didn’t even acknowledge me. The employee asked what was wrong, and I showed him. He asked the other shift manager to help. I explained and showed the other one my food and how the containers were not filled properly. They dismissed my explanation by saying that they are supposed to fill to the line….. see photos! I pled my case, and they agreed the potatoes were not proper, but the Mac touched the lid so they won’t give more. See photos. ***Public announcement*** stay in school, learn geometry, volume, and spacial understanding. Also, after tossing me a “full” mashed potatoes, they walked away grumpily. Attitude will determine your altitude. Now, I’m running solely on general principal to fix what is wrong in this community. Some of it is related to a lack of give a $hi! Lastly, maybe you should care about how you present yourself. Be clean and courteous, and if you don’t want to be employed…. go somewhere that allows this kind of behavior. At this point…. I recommend that nobody return to our KFCs until the upper management and owner respond by caring more about who represents their restaurants.

Upper Management (you know who you are) reached out to me personally. I truly believe that you can change the direction of this location. I believe in you 100% to help create a solution for your locations that impact our society in a positive way. I commend you on your 40+ years of KFC service, and we need more people like you to be as passionate about their path, their employer, and their ability to impact those around you. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but the first brick was. Be well, be kind, and if I return to a KFC at any point, it will be one yours first!

Placed an order online and it was a complete disaster.do not leave drive thru without checking entire order they missed 60percent of the order the first time some more the second time and they still forgot the fries.will not go back any time soon

This was by far one of the best KFC’s I have ever been to the employees the atmosphere all the way down to the food they were kind they were generous they were on top of my order they didn’t hold back on any of my sauces or anything like that employees were nice and kind they actually made my evening a lot better
