They forgot about us we sat outside for like 30 minutes!!!!there is absolutely nowhere to park! Parking lot is ridiculously small. Service was good until they forgot to bring us our food outside, we went in to get it and it was sitting on the shelf all they had to do it was put it together in boxes and they were just letting it sit there. My friend even tipped the drive thru girl when we paid but regretted it later. Anyways. Good food was outstanding like always. Love that food.

Worst kfc I have ever been to. Waited for my food for 20 minutes while the girl at the window just stood around. Received my food. Ordered a 8 piece meal. The chicken was rubbery, greasy, and about 4 hours old if I had to guess. Manager was understanding, giving me a refund, but made me prove by picture how bad the chicken was. That is a health concern. Only had 2 bites.

The atmosphere there was very unpleasant as I witnessed a young girl screaming and yelling cursing at another employee. The older looking employee was very calm while the short young girl kept cursing super loud and I honestly think this is very unprofessional on her end and she doesn’t need to continue to work in a place where there’s customers continuously coming in and out . I feel like management needs to step up and pay more attention on what happens at this store . Numerous times I’ve been there and there’s always something different going on and this young lady has been a part of unpleasant situations. Food is amazing, price is acceptable due to inflation, but loud music, horse playing, cursing or standing around while other employees work is super unprofessional and disrespectful.

They didn’t give us our mashed potatoes when we went to pick up the order, and we were already home when we realized. We called to see if they could credit our account or return our money because we live a good 20 min from the restaurant, and they said if we want our money back, we have to come in??
