The reviews seem to be mixed for this location. Folks either hate it or love it. Which usually means one thing for fast food places. That your experience will depend on the staff that’s working when you go, which means wild inconsistencies with customer service. I can only speak of my own experience, but management should definitely take a closer look at reviews to see who’s working during the “good review” shifts and who the bad apples are. During my visit (and I haven’t visited in years due to a previous bad experience), all went picture perfect. My husband wanted to give them another shot, and we must have gone during the good shift. Lucky us! We went inside, it was clean and quiet. The young man who took our order was very nice, helpful, patient, and very respectful. Our order came out quickly, accurate, and the food was hot. The cashier even gave us complementary drinks while we waited, although our wait wasn’t very long. They have some new items on their menu that we’ll probably be back to try. We ordered a 16pc family meal and a pot pie. The pot pie tasted very fresh, crispy cust, lots of chicken inside. All of our sides were correct, and we even got a huge amount of butter & honey packets even though we didn’t request any. Overall, we had a great experience during this visit. Hopefully, they will continue to be this way. Only time will tell.

The staff was very patient and nice to me and my children that were very indecisive. The food was great and ready fast. We interacted with at least four employees and they were all kind and polite! One of the staff named John even helped me with a non food related issue with my phone. The place was clean and organized.

Chicken on sandwich was juicy and had amazing flavor but it was spongy and barely crispy. Nuggets had zero crisp, flavor was like a nugget from a frozen walmart bag, fries had way too much seasoning but good, drive thu was quick and fast, the vanilla cream Pepsi was also really good. For the price its a solid 7/10. Poppies was better overall but gave me horid food poisoning after. This did not so a pass for me, would recommend.

It took four minutes to get the attention of anyone when we walked in. We ordered, which the order was wrong. When we paid, he charged us $0.03, then told us that we have to pay the rest. You have to make it a point to split the payment method. We waited over 7 minutes for our food. Our cold food. Our cold food that was served to us when there was no other people in the lobby and also no customers in the drive through or even bathroom. They managed to serve cold, burnt chicken bites. I feel kind of bad for them as they could not count to four. We had four biscuits between us and only received two butter. We both had fries, which were also overcooked and cold and only received three packets of ketchup. I feel the need to start a go fund me page so we can earn these young adults a GED. I did enjoy the soup and soda. I just love drinking my coleslaw. It puts pep into my day. I really hope I don’t get the runs from this.

My order waz completed correctly this for the first time in awhile and my meal was hot, plus quite “TASTY”! I’d like to thank the Staff and Management the night I drove thru Your drive thru! The person who took my order thru the drive intercom was “Ultimately Outstanding Very Friendly”! I actually had fun placing my order, for a change. Usually, I go thru and the person on the other side sound’s like they’re hating Life and being forceful taking my order and my meal ends up incorrectly. So, I had stop going to this Store. I decided to give You another chance and I’m quite pleased !
