Clean environment to eat in food was cooked to perfection. Service was over the top. This location is a 10. 3rd time coming to this store and waited until now to leave a review just to be safe. I am very impressed. Most KFC’s I’ve been to have been very hit or miss. This place is running like a top. Not a single negative thing to say. Friendly service, clean dining area and restrooms, fresh chicken, etc. If you’re on the fence because of past experiences…. Put it behind you and give this location a shot.

Susie provided fantastic, very respectful service! She was very informative with menu questions and she was best KFC service I’ve ever had at any location. She was so kind she even brought food out to our table and made sure everything was good with our food. Me and my wife will definitely be returning to this location due to Susie’s customer service. Susie would make great manager with her customer service skills and appreciation for quality service.

This is the worst experience I have had at this location by far we ordered a 16 piece family meal.
Our sides were not large as you can see by the mac and cheese, they did not give us a large, potatoes were only half full. The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, it was not. The manager will be contacted to rectify the situation, not worth $45+ dollars.

My mom and I are here a couple weeks ago and Rico waited on us, he was AMAZING! SOO positive and responsible. More importantly he treated my mom with the utmost respect. Which is hard to find in this day and age.

I stop coming to this location because it was ran so poorly. I gave them a second chance and boy was I amazed at the change in environment. There new manager is so friendly. He goes out of his way to help customers and always has a positive attitude thanks RICO for your hard work. Customers like myself really appreciate the southern hospitality!!!

Under new management! Rico is doing such a great job of community building here. He was so warm and welcoming to not only my family, but every other family who came in while we were here. We had a minor mistake with our order and it was urgently corrected. The dining room was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a very long time. We’ll be back!

KFC was a nice place to stop by. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. On top of that, our food came out fast, which made the experience smooth and convenient. The only downside was the food itself—it was pretty mediocre and nothing special. Overall, the service and staff were great, but the food could definitely be improved.

Ordered the 8 piece family meal. The chicken was very oily and even though the chicken was done the extra crispy batter was not crisp, lite color and soggy, like it wasn’t cooked long enough or hot enough to brown properly. Everything else was good, never had a problem here before, hopefully its just a one off.
