For two weeks in a row, they didn’t give all the food I ordered in my to go, and then, today, at 6:15, a place that specializes in chicken is out of chicken. I won’t write negative reviews for a mistake. But three weeks in a row? Does this place have a manager? We ordered very simple food just 2 chicken burgers with no pickles and we still got pickles and idk why the staff is so careless because if there would’ve been many toppings I would not feel bad but th burger comes with meet, sause and pickles & i said no pickles.

I arrived at the KFC in Frisco, Colorado at 9:07 p.m. The posted hours clearly said they close at 10 p.m. I was on a long trip with a friend, tired and just looking to sit down and have dinner before continuing. I politely asked if I could eat inside for a bit and was told yes. I ordered food, spent $57, sat down and then the same person came back and told me the manager said I couldn’t stay, that it was takeout only. I was kicked out, with a very dismissive attitude, despite having already paid.
I understand staff want to go home, but business hours should be respected, and so should customers. The service was cold, careless, and unprofessional. For such a big brand like KFC, this was incredibly disappointing. My friends and I left with a bad taste literally and emotionally. I won’t be returning to this location.

I did a drive thru order of three chicken strips. They were inedible and I think one may have been made with spoiled chicken. I was traveling and didn’t want to turn around and go back. I will never stop at that KFC again.
