Do not eat here or you will be poisoned.I placed an order through kfc.com. when my husband arrived to pick up the order it was late and he noticed it was missing a item. They offered to replace it with mac and cheese. We noticed when we got home more food was missing and we noticed he mac and cheese had metal flakes in it. The whole order had to be thrown away and then no one will call me back and they refuse to refund me. The manager I spoke with there was super rude. The online team said that they cannot refund for metal flakes in food because it’s not their protocol.

I went in for the “Superbowl” special. 20 wings for $20. The person at the counter had no idea and had to ask the manager. The manager said NOT so nicely it was an online order only… didn’t even try to adjust the price 🙁 The wings cost @ $28 ( I paid because we were in a rush). When I got home they were spicy not original 🙁 . Only 1/2 of our family could eat them because they were too spicy.

Can someone tell me why at 9pm they are completely cleaned up like they don’t close at 11pm?.. I went through the drive through to be told they are out of pot pies. Door dash says otherwise. I come to pick up my pot pies and im told I need to wait another 15 minutes?!! This is ridiculous. When I got to the lobby they have all the food bins cleaned out and the cakes on the counter. Im pretty sure there is a food temp violation going on here. You bet im going to be getting names and ahold of corporate. Change your employment if they don’t want to do the bare minimum, that is their job.

The woman who runs the federal Blvd location is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I don’t think I visit this location one time without seeing her smiling face. She’s a Rockstar!!!!

Didn’t fully close one of the containers of gravy and it spilled everywhere. Forgot the 12pc nuggets that was a part of the deal. Really bad experience.
