When you hear someone order and say they want “all legs” what do you hear? Because I got ONE leg and two thighs so it just have been something offensive. Sorry that was too much of an ask on a slow day.

Excellent location in North Glenn Colorado. Great staff. Wonderful Halloween decorations.glad they never got rid of that secret recipe. I had the 2 piece thighs only , Coleslaw , mash potatoes and gravy. My go-to for when on the road. Been eating KFC thru 9 states I’ve been to.

Again I tried to only post positive reviews for restaurants, my experience was absolutely deplorable. Nasty uneatable chicken that was black and extremely old. This is at 5:30 which is prime dinner hour, you would figure the meal would be reasonable. It absolutely was not. Disgusting nasty food that was probably hours old.

Was served under done chicken pot pie. Middle of crust was raw and underdone. Young male Server did not do anything about it being raw in the middle at the Washington Location for lunch on 2/24. Highly recommend you re consider if you want to eat cooked food here.

Absolutely, horrible service. Drive-through is painfully slow, and on numerous occasions are orders are constantly incorrect. They need to replace the manager and all the staff. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I wanted two, 3 piece dinners..
The pieces of chicken were not cooked completely and the mega amount of breading was not cooked completely and was mush. I have never had so much breading on a piece of chicken before. I plan to find another KFC in the area and hopefully get crispy chicken and not mushy breading

This is a follow-up to my previous review from 11/22/2025. The $50 family meal bucket we received was extremely disappointing. There were no chicken breasts, only one drumstick, and the rest consisted of dried-out, unrecognizable pieces that looked like leftovers. To make matters worse, there were no biscuits included. Since the staff apparently had no fresh biscuits or chicken available, they substituted them with shriveled, dried-out potato wedges.
The entire meal was a waste, and I will not be returning. I will also be requesting a refund through corporate.

Missing items but 10 plastic forks… I gave you another chance, same staff same issue, ordered 5 piece tender, only four tenders,no coleslaw and multiple forks. Also tenders are very small with barely any breading.

Got the new chicken tender box. Chicken tenders were like rubber they weren’t even fresh. Was like eating jerky. Mashed potatoe bowl was cold no gravey what a disappointment. They used to be so good but now it’s bad. Just a warning I have copy of my receipt an will be doing the survey for this location. Sad days dinner runued.

this guy was so freaking rude wen I went to get $300 in chicken I asked to put the chicken in the container I take so we there for like 30 minutes we know we getting 300 dollars in chicken so ok no problem so the 30 min pass i we picking the chicken he put in the buckets went i ask i give you the container he said I was rude im like what went I was nice and he has the balls to said went u enter in to my store this is freaking ridiculous I work at kfc for 15 years I never was rude to a costumer so the costumer service is bad no go to this store the guy is so rude
