We came down for lunch on Christmas Eve and were so impressed with how clean and nice the staff is. The food was so crispy and delicious. We really have been missing KFC since they’ve closed ours down in Castle Rock so we will definitely be driving down here for our fix.

Normally this location is good, but we placed an online order tonight and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. Slimy, not crispy whatsoever.. The breading on this “extra crispy” chicken isn’t even cooked all the way through. This doesn’t even look appetizing, how would you think this is acceptable to serve to a paying customer?

Incredibly rude employee working the register, no greeting or talking or thank you, the literal only words she spoke was the cost, that’s it. I greeted, said thank you, and they just looked at me. Also what kind of a fast food restaurant charges for sauce, I hadn’t been charged for it in months, I go weekly, and it’s free on the app. I won’t be coming back again.

Nate, Jack and Cedric were amazing. The manager Nate really took care of us and made sure all of our requests were catered to. I’m visiting from Canada and been hearing about those Nashville tenders for a couple years and they did not disappoint. Best service and food I’ve had here in Colorado definitely recommend this great food and awesome staff.

Don’t order from here, customer service sucks. Over the last couple of days I decided to get some KFC chicken with family for dinner it has been years since i have order froom KFC. I order online (8 piece bucket, 5 biscuits had to order 1 addition for family, and 2 fries) to be picked up for 5pm. I showed up 10 min early the already had my meal boxed and in a plastic bag. I figured that my meal was all there. Not until got home no fries and only four biscuits. Call up to store individual answer very rudely, I told they mess up my order I would be coming to get. Got their, the person thru down the boxes of fries no biscuit and said “here”. Rudely customer service!
