Should be 0 stars I received disgusting rotten chicken. ( pics below ) Fortunately I was able to notice this before my children had consumed it. I however wasn’t as lucky. Upon calling the store to ask for a refund I was told that I couldn’t receive one from the store because the “ KFC APP ISNT CONNECTED TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. That’s what a Manager told me. I hope the safety standards improve and that the health department does a full inspection. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

I was so excited to see a free 8 PC bucket with a 15 dollar purchase. Boy, was I mistaken. Wate of money. I ordered large sides, and it was a quarter of a cup. The chicken was way overcooked, in oil or something new. Transitioned! I was hopeful they would make a comeback. Service on the phone was friendly and so respectful. Go inside to pick up…wait 7 minutes because no one is helping the lost new girl. All in all, I will be going to Canes and Chik Fila. Shame

This was our second visit, and once again, Manager Guillermo and Timothy did not disappoint! We drove all the way from Castle Rock hoping for freshly cooked chicken wings, and these two went above and beyond to make it happen. Guillermo’s leadership and attention to detail really shine he made sure everything was perfect. By the time we got home, the wings were still hot, fresh, and absolutely hit the spot! Amazing service, fun vibes, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back for round three!

Clean restaurant! Came in to grab a pick up order… Waited a few minutes at the pick up counter, someone else walked in and a cashier came out and helped them first before giving me any attention but once I got the order and was about to try their wedges and hot wings again I was good!

Ordered a 16-piece extra crispy. They made it original instead. Had to wait for the extra crispy version and then got home there was only 12 so not enough to feed everybody it’s 15 Mi away and they only offer to refund the difference between a 12 and the 16 piece instead of recognizing they ruined a meal and should have refunded the whole thing. Anyone wonder why they’re going out of business?

We ordered to eat with our staff. But the small nuggets were too salty and we couldn’t eat them all. The next day we talked to the manager and he was very uncomfortable. I think the food here needs to change. It’s the worst KFC chicken I’ve ever had.

I asked for an eight-piece original chicken only and asked to pay the up charge to swap out breasts for the wings. There is a mix of extra crispy in here and hidden under one breast that looked halfway decent was the rest of this dried out gnarly garbage and they still put the wings in and I didn’t get the extra breasts that I paid for pathetic. if this is a corporate location you need to get somebody in there that cares about the brand, if it’s a franchise location I would take away their license immediately.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The dining room was filthy without a single clean table and the place was empty. The chicken I ordered was aweful and tasted like it had been sitting around all day . It was supposed to be chicken strips but it looked and tasted like scraps. The Mac and cheese was ice cold. I dumped out 3 separate cups of soda and they were all flat and gross . I threw my $16.00 worth of food in the trash after trying to complain at the counter but staff was already arguing with a customer who was insisting they were overcharged. Making sure I don’t waste my money at this one again.

The fella who was running the register at 1pm on 10/10 was easily the most unpleasant, and combative person I have met in a long time. I get that this job is hard, I’m sympathetic to that, but getting immediately angry at the old lady trying to use a coupon was crazy. Perhaps he got bad news since his eyes were glued to his phone the entire time he took my order, which came out wrong. Go to Popeyes y’all!
