If you you ever tasted Original KFC , please avoid trying in this shop. This is just a shop they provide some hybrid menu with one of the worst services in us.
Very slow and low body language, not really ready to take orders for the Walk ins. They will see you, walk past by you, take orders for drive through, but for the people who stand for 10 mins they will just ignore them.
No golden words were used by the staffs.
Definitely not up to the standards. Might need some change.
Hopefully will see world class KFC soon here!

All the 8 piece meal was very raw and all wet like they threw water in the bucket…chicken almost ran out of the plate!! Whoever cooked this meal needs to be fired…they might kill someone with a stomach virus.

This location is consistently terrible the last 3 times I’ve been. Employees can’t listen to orders or enter them in to the computer correct one of the two. All three of the last times I’ve been they miss items on my order entirely after having to repeat myself multiple times. No one in the building cares, one guy is in the back by the freezers on his phone without a care. Another outside in the parking lot yelling on the phone in front of the building for 10+ minutes. This place needs new management

Ordered 2 3pc meals we only received 2pc in each box mac and cheese was crunchy and only half full manager did not come out and talk with me it was a problem getting the other two piec of chicken and they have flyers saying free drink only if you leave a review when leaving I tryed talking to the manager and he basically ignored me will never come back to this location all 3 employees no good in the 25min in this store we watched 3 people come into the restaurant from the drive thru because they are missing food and half fool sides

Ordered a family dinner and was told biscuits would only be baked on-demand and need at least 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot. Taking off one star for not having biscuits ready to go and losing a second for the audacity to charge $30 for an 8 piece with two sides

Quick lunch from work.
Counter service was no-fuss but, efficient.
My food came out in a reasonable time and everything was fresh and Only thing was, Coleslaw was out that day but, I got gravy, which is my favorite.

Would give zero stars. Manager of store has an attitude, is condescending and zero people skills. Was not told there would be a wait until after I paid and though there was nobody behind me at the time, was asked to park and wait. After being made to wait for my food in 102 degree weather, I grabbed my own container to get some ice water, and the manager tried telling me that it’s $1 to get some ice after I had already grabbed it. When I explained that I’m being made to wait for a product that should have already been ready (otherwise what’s the point of a drive through?). He then tried telling me that I need to leave a good review instead.
The store also has a paper on the drive through window stating that you have to leave a good review if you want a water cup.
It is pathetic that the only way they get reviews is by buying them, not through good service.
