Went to KFC because I had limited time to catch a bite and I order the chicken tenders. There was no line in the drive up and still waited a few minutes. I drove off with my order and when I opened the box I saw the saddest and ugliest tenders that I have ever seen. I called the restaurant and I asked about the possibility of getting my order remake or getting a refund. The employee transferred me to the manager, and I could hear them complaining aboutthe call. I waited several minutes on the phone and when Ricky the manager pick up, without allowing me to say a word he said in a rude tone that they couldn’t give free food just because. I don’t recommend their food, at least not at this particular KFC and I can tell the employees don’t care about the customers.

Can I just say the decor here is incredible especially for a fast food place? Lights, hanging stars, and (fake) flower vases on every table! Also, when we ordered a 12pc nuggets they misheard us and put in 8, but then gave us the rest for free since they made a mistake. They were also extremely kind and friendly in general. The chicken sandwich I ordered with extra mayo no pickles had lots of mayo on it which is great and also the chicken was the freshest I’ve ever tasted at a fast food restaurant. It was crispy, hot, and delicious.

Worst chicken I’ve ever had at any KFC! Has a chicken sandwich and it was dry and tough also got nuggets and they were the saddest I’ve Ever seen. They also were dry and I ended up throwing the whole mean away except the frys. Unfortunately I was home before I saw how bad it was and didn’t have a way of coming back to the store to complain. It looked like it was sitting all day long under a heat lamp or something. For $12 it’s absolutely un acceptable. I will absolutely NEVER eat there again and I can see why no one wants to go there anymore with food like that. Sad.

This was the worst chicken bucket of chicken I have had in a while. The chicken was dried out, no flavor, the meal was messed up. The sides were wrong( no mashed potatoes and gravy that normally come with the family buckets, coleslaw)I ordered individual ones extra that were just as bad. Diffently not worth the 60.00 I spent. Won’t be ordering from this place again

Went through their drive thru. I was not given a receipt. The cost for my food was extraordinarily high considering what i got. I ordered cheese curds and 3 chicken tenders
It cost 14.36. I dont get fast food often, so I thought “maybe it’s a big thing of cheese curds or the tenders are big”. Neither was true. Small chicken tenders and a small box of cheese curds. I had to go inside to get a price breakdown. Essentially the chicken tenders were about $3 EACH and the curds were $5. The person inside said they dont put the price of their tenders on the menu because the price is so high. Seems like an extremely shady business practice. The tenders were more akin to nuggets in size as well. Beyond that I was not asked what sauce I wanted. They just threw in some ranch and honey mustard. I wanted ketchup but I guess you just get whatever they feel like giving you there. Overall very disappointing. I don’t believe I’ll ever return to a kfc. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the food was edible and this is the only kfc I’ve been in that wasn’t swarming with flies

We waited for a long while for our drive through order. They didn’t even let us know they didnt have biscuits for my combo. The nashville hot wasnt even sauce it was just spicy oil. So gross. Stay away

For KFC miniature chicken parts it was fresh and hot when delivered. But I’d love to tear apart each piece and weigh how much actual protein there is. Over half of the chicken is ‘other parts’. Moving on from KFC.

Usually our orders are fine with only some mistakes, but this time it was really weird. I got a chicken sandwich with no pickles and REGULAR mayo, but was given… this? That is all the mayo they gave me. That is criminally low
We also used to have a problem with the staff not giving us KFC sauce when we asked for it and giving us ketchup instead when we didn’t even ask for it, but that was fixed on this order.
