I just had a very unpleasant breakfast experience with two employees who treated me terribly. If they’re going to serve customers with such bad expressions, they should at least wear masks. This was our first time eating at KFC in the US. I always cherish the positive aspects of American culture, but the Mexican man and the Black man who served us were incredibly rude. If the owner truly wants to do business long-term, they should control their staff. Otherwise, they should just close the store down. I sincerely advise you never to go to this store again.

I hate this location. The managers and employees are all hateful and rude. They dont take coupons most of the time and if they do they won’t allow you to substitute any of the sides even though the coupon specifies you can. I will absolutely not go back to this location, I hope it closes down

I went through drive thru and placed my order but kid who worked has no positive attitude, very mellow attitude. Paid and didn’t get sauces I asked for since the kid had in AirPods. Asked for spicy buffalo and got hot sauce… totally different things. Working drive-thru should be music and headphone free to HEAR CORRECTLY.

I went inside and ordered the special 8 piece drums and thighs for $10 and I asked for extra crisp,when I get home I checked the chicken and it was not extra crispy but original,and it was thighs and wings instead. This is the second time this has happened,I asked for extra crispy and I get original. Whats up KFC your about to lose a customer.

We ordered through the drive thru, our order was wrong so we went in to correct our missing items Jennifer was very rude and argued with us and when she finally stopped arguing with us she let us know they didn’t have what we were missing to even make us.. Soapy, watery gravy. Tasted dirty. Mac and cheese tasted like it was from a box, totally different than Coulters. Ordered Dr pepper w/cream and a lemonade w/cream, and got two dr peppers. She insisted I ordered two of them before when looking at the receipt. Then when I got home, had received two spicy sandwiches instead of one regular and one spicy.

The food is not the problem. It’s the customer service. We were traveling though on a road trip and my son threw up in the car, we went to use the bathroom so he could change. It was toward the end of the day and the young lady who worked there was in front of the bathroom doors. I told her we needed to use the bathrooms, and she said “I’m cleaning them right now.” I looked at my son, who is covered in vomit and told her “it’s an emergency, my son needs to change his clothes” she looked at me and just repeated herself, saying “I’m cleaning them”. She proceeds to go into one of the bathrooms. There was no cleaning cart in sight, I’m not sure what her deal was. But I cannot understand how someone can see a child who needs help and just not have any compassion on them. It would be one thing if it was his shirt. But his pants were soaked and he needed a private place to change. You can’t clean two bathrooms at once, and no one else was in the place. She was rude and unkind. I would never come here again after dealing with her.
