We always come here it is the best KFC for us. But the customer service is so bad and needs attention. When we ordered around 3:40PM on Dec.7th.2025. There was African guy who is the best and respectful, and a karen women who is so rude and seems she never deal with people so unprofessional, not respectful, annoying, and unclean. She seems she never worked in a kitchen I don’t know why KFC would have a staff like her. When we ordered we wanted the chicken pieces half crispy and half original she came screaming no no no that is not how it works and she was you have to get the combo only which comes with all kind of chicken which what we don’t want. I hope there is a manger I can talk to because if this lady be working here more we will not be back I hope they make her fix her altitude.

For what it is, being fast food kfc it was good and hot. Glad hot Wings and wedges are back. Lady server seemed annoyed by everything I asked. Like i shouldn’t have asked for the bbq sauce I paid extra for. Or hungry for the biscuits she got though. I’ll go back for hot Wings and wedges. Oh got nuggets and fries too. They were okay, hot though. The kids liked them.

Went to KFC in Pflugerville Texas today. Ordered a four piece meal with crispy breasts And a tender meal. when I got to the window they said they only had two breasts, one crispy one original, and the crispy one was “a little overdone”. I went ahead and said okay and so also ordered a two piece crispy chicken dark meal ( because they only had dark meat) when I got home. I realized they gave us the wrong sides, only one breast. The other was a crispy thigh. Forgot to give us the sauces for the tenders And gave me original dark meat chicken instead of crispy for the dark meat I didn’t even want. and now they won’t answer the phone. Oh yeah, and they were out of ice and soda so we got warm tea instead of an ice cold Dr Pepper.  they also told us it would’ve been 17 minutes before we could have gotten breasts. Lastly, we ordered cherry poppers as a dessert and just as she was handing me my bag she said they were short one popper so she threw in a coleslaw. My son told me I should’ve gone to Parmer and Metric and next time and every other time after that I surely will.

I went here the other day. My English is not the best. I asked if someone spoke Spanish but no one was available. So, I tried to place my order the best I could in English. However, the yelled at me and said I don’t speak Spanish even though I was speaking English. So, she began to use profanty and used racial slurs about Mexicans. I finally drove off. It seems times have change and it is okay now to be rude to those who do not speak English.

Went for lunch to take on a picnic on my daughter’s birthday. Staff went above and beyond to make the pick up exceptional. Chicken was fresh and flavorful and customer service friendly and professional. Thank you Pflugerville KFC!!!!!

Last night i ordered 5 $5 fill ups.. Chicken was horrible, very old and tasted like a fried chicken tv dinner mushy and cold it looked like it was thrown around before being placed in my meal box… AWFUL. Not to mention my sides were cold to the touch, my biscuits even looked like they were sat on and smooshed then to top it off i was missing 2 cookies and i got the wrong drinks.. It was horrible. I tried calling lastnight and was told a note would be put in and a manager would call me back and it’s going on 1:00 and still no call and when I tried to reach out no one picked up. Figures.
UPDATE- Just finally got ahold of a manager who was very rude from the jump and called me a liar about giving my name and number to a employee because “They don’t do that anymore” and If i have a issue then i need to file a complaint online so i called mykfcexperience and i am having this all taken care of and hopefully the manager will lose his attitude and he won’t lose his $9 a hour job.

The managers and employees have too much attitude and must not know the menu. They told me 8 tenders was $29. Looked it up and they’re tripping, they acted like I couldn’t get a smaller order. Or maybe they were trying to charge for a meal but there were no customers and I know why.
