Waited in like over 15 minutes in the drive thru which I understand because lunch time rush. What I don’t however understand is paying $3.59 for 5 cheese curds. Having cold food that’s suppose to be hot. And warm food that should be cold. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake I did and check your food before you drive off. Lesson learned at this location.

Everytime I order delivery from this location something is always wrong. And it’s not even the delivery drivers. It’s whatever lazy workers that works. I ordered two three piece boxes with Mac and cheese/wedges. Along with two spicy sandwiches, and everything was wrong. I received cold , hard fries instead of one sandwich and some mystery sweet treat instead of the other. My boxes came with a single serving of mash potatoes. Definitely not what I ordered and didn’t even have two sides in them like their supposed to. Very disappointed once again. You would think one time would be a fluke but twice? Please do better.

Terrible customer service gave me my food and before I could I ask for honey the girl shut the window and walked away, I ordered nuggets and got what looks like old chicken tenders cut up. Not appetizing at all. Not sure what they gave me but I won’t be coming back here.

Been to this location multiple times, half the time they are out of what you ask for. That happened today, had to settle for chicken tenders. This was $13.79 for very little food.

I visited the drive thru about 7pm tonight and ordered 2 famous bowls, get home and that’s when I realized KFC must have been running low on chicken, grated cheese and gravy coz there was only 3 pics of chicken in the bowl when usually there’s at least 7ish.
I was very disappointed, it looked like he made 1 bowl into 2. I drove back to KFC, returned the food and got a refund. They were nice about it but I won’t go back because I felt cheated in the first place

Amanda was extremely rude from the beginning, as I asked a couple questions about the menu she got progressively more rude with more of an attitude. Literally no reason to talk to someone that way. Progressively more and more snappy. I understand you may hate your job, and I really do feel for you cuz Ive been there, but I hope Amanda will be reminded that customers are people with feelings too. The food was great though.

After ordering a bucket of chicken from here a few minutes ago, I truly have ick for chicken now. The chicken is clearly old and is goopy wet slop inside. When you think KFC you think of crispy crunchy and juicy. This ain’t it, not even a little.

This location always takes forever getting their food out. Waited over an hour for a delivery and this has happened multiple times so it’s not an issue with the drivers. Not to mention the food tastes old most the time.

Service was good and I visit this location often.Just this time I feel I got robbed..I ordered a leg and a breast And leg was the size of a wingstop wing..Food was delicious but it’s also not cheap..I was a disappointed..I’ll still go again because kfc is one of my favorites..Hopefully it was just a one timer..
