Went through drive-thru order two combos sweet tea was watered down manager exchanged it got our food left. I was eating and in the mashed potatoes there was a big piece of plastic in there. I’m glad I saw it and didn’t choke from it! I was pissed off called and the manger didn’t want to reimburse my money he gave me a large mashed potatoes and gravy like I really needed all that! I let him and the staff know I was gonna leave a bad review they need to obviously be clearer and watch where they put there things it could’ve turned out to me worse. Thank God it wasn’t pissed off customer for sure didn’t even eat grossed me out big time!

I placed an online order and my app stated that my order was ready for pickup, Upon arrival I advised team rep that I was picking up an online order, i provided my name through the drive thru window and was told to park in the front by the door and someone was going to bring out my order. i have a short 30 min break and i was short on time which is why i placed my order 20 min before i clocked out for lunch and made my way to the restaurant, while parked i waited more than 5 min and i decided to get off when i entered the lobby looked at the mobile pick up order station and noticed my order was not there, 3 minutes later, I spoke to manager training and attempted to explain the situation, manager was extremely rude, I asked for Corporate number or any alternative number too have my money refunded and for which she did not provide. never ordering here again!! Very Poor Customer service

There is a worker that goes by the name “Martin” that has been following and harassing my girlfriend even goes to her job asking her inappropriate questions about our relationship. He’s admitted to talking to his coworkers about her, admitting he has a crush and that he’s interested in her even though she has always talked about me and he continues to keep bothering her. When we had gone to eat there, he proceeded to walk to the front and keep staring at her, he was visible to see in the back talking to his coworkers and pointing at our general direction smiling and laughing while the other just stared at us, at her. I will be making multiple complaints to your supervisor and I’ll be calling customer service and corporate company. I will not let this down.

Inside was very unclean. The floor was sticky and the tables were not wiped down. The ceiling tiles had water dripping down on you. The service was horrible and we waited about 5 minutes for someone to take our order, it was also empty. We waited about 30 minutes for a food and 5 minutes to get plates for our family meal. Wishing for the establishment to make a change in everything.

Spent 15 minutes waiting in the lobby for someone to take my order. At one point, one of the workers says, I need to take care of the people eating here before I take any more orders, mind you, there was maybe 4 people inside. So then I place my order on the app at 6:01pm. The app states my food will be ready by 6:10pm… pffft, its now 6:15 and still no food. Employees have no customer service training, not pleasant or friendly, no wonder you all have 3.9 stars. Im actually surprised that it’s even that high. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t ever come eat at this KFC again. My rating is actually 0 stars because star isnt even deserved.

The lady who took my drive thru order was extremely rude. Answers such as “that’s what you ordered” or “that’s what I told you” with heaviness attitude and frustrated responses do not have a place in a customer service job. Place needs serious training and/or immediate replacements.

Drive-thru always gets order wrong. Just now ordered 3 full meal deals, 2 with a breast and paid extra. And of course only one breast received. The clerk was going very fast and said yes 2 breasts in the order and shut the window. Rude rude rude

It’s like kids running this place. Took about an 1hr to get my food which wasn’t even a big order to begin with. It’s like they were trying to pass time and not do nothing and joke around. This is a job, take it serious
