Pot pies are good. However, it has become clear that this location doesn’t mind serving people who just want a good quick snack or meal old food. Be careful on their slow days. Ask for fresh food if you don’t mind the wait. Save yourself the disappointment.

Ordered a famous bowl,was barely warm. Usually so hot have to let cool before eating, not this time. Personally I think they’d just had a big rush prior to my visit and it was left over from pre- mades and had been sitting for a bit before I got there cause when I pulled up to drive up window it was ready already and I was only vehicle in the drive up. I just hope it was an isolated incident and not a habit with them

The staff were very rude and they quit cooking a hour and 15 minutes before closing time. It took a ridiculous amount of time for me to get my order.
The front lobby floor was super slippery with grease. There was a dead roach on the floor by the drink machine ( I understand that roaches are common) however there was a bunch of roaches feces on the floor in that area as well. I will never go back there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Got the bowl and the chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Smelled like urine by soda machine, homeless guy in store with shoes and socks off sitting at table. His bottom of his feet were disgusting. Lady at front counter was rude to almost everyone that came in.

When ordering my food in the drive thru window the lady replied with a ugly tone when I asked if I could make a substitution to my order.(which was a no). Then waiting over 20min to get my food, I get home and discover i’m missing 2 pieces of chicken.
That’s the last time I go there .

What a terrible product. I wish I could upload a picture so you can see the trash I received. I will NEVER dine from KFC again. I will make it my mission in life to post the photos on social media everywhere warning people to stay away from restaurant #C521030 in Beaumont,Tx. I received tiny, cold, wet with grease, chicken. I should have known better than to spend my money there. I was the ONLY person in the drive through at 12:40pm, height of the lunch run. I see why! You suck! This chicken is old. The biscuit is cold, crumbly, and hard. It has to be from the previous day.

Stopped by kfc tonight to grab some dinner since we would be getting home late family took a shower when we got home went to go eat and this is what we found a big bucket of whatever it is this is super disappointing have ate kfc my entire life always the best chicken I never leave reviews bad or good but this right here is completely unacceptable will be reaching out to corporate office you do not serve this to customers that are paying. We have not been to KFC since it opened. The location we went to was the Eastex freeway location in Beaumont. There were three sets of customers when we got there. We decided to order and take home to eat. The chicken was horrible. The crust was mushy and the grease just dripped off of it. Never will I go back. I was very disappointed.
