Okay it shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes to get fast food, considering the fact I was the only one there getting food. I’ve been to actual restaurant that were faster. It happens feb 14, 4:25 pm. they didn’t act like worker if being honest. Just keep looking out the drive thru window (past me btw) and looking at random stuff. I don’t know maybe they were cooking because they didn’t have anything made , but I simply don’t know.

Placed my order at 6:13 , app said my order would be ready at 6:17pm my order wasn’t ready until 7:00pm walked in went to the counter nobody was there to take my order Was standing for literally ever I ordered a Dr Pepper with cream which I was charged for and didt receive my fries were cold my miles hot chicken sandwich was plain just mayo the mac and cheese was suppose to be a family size and was not filled at all I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN , CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10

We do not pass a KFC! so I can speak directly about most of them..we had lunch today in Silsbee and the Manager and Staff are Top Knotch. Facility is clean and well kept. Employees are sharp and engaging…this is how a restaurant should be run! thanks M…we will be back!!!

Visited Silsbee location today the pot pies are delicious the store was nice and clean and the employees were friendly, I wanted to try something different the cashier suggested the pot pie she said they are the top selling item right now and I can see why! They are sooo good!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken pot pie today. I had ordered the sandwich without pickles, and of course, it had pickles on it. My pot pie , I was completely disappointed . I was eating it and almost choked on a bone not once but twice. Will NOT be eating here ever again.

They close at 10:30, but it’s not uncommon for them to start ignoring the drive thru after dark. When they do acknowledge drive thru customers, it’s a good 15+ minute wait for food.

We dined in for lunch and Mrs. Lisa served us, she went out of her way to check on us after we sat down with our food and gave great service. The place was clean and toe food was good. Came out fast and the order was correct. My kids have been asking to go back.
