An outstanding experience, and a refreshing on at that! I can’t remember the last time I went to a restaurant and everyone gave me a beaming smile and asked how my day was. Came here on a whim so I could feed the masses (hungry women and children at home, lol)…got in drive thru and next thing you know there were 8 cars behind me…plus another 5 parked…but when I tell you those dudes moved like a well-oiled machine and got EVERYBODY their food in under 22 minutes…I was impressed. ALSO, I ordered a meal and after I got it, I saw there was a special/better deal. I went back inside and they changed my order right out! So thank you David and the rest of the staff at this restaurant! Amazing work!

I asked for Honey BBQ chicken tenders and they gave me regular chicken tenders. The drive-thru woman taking my order was too distracted laughing at another lady’s joke that she did not get my order right. Nobody cares about the fundamental aspect of every restaurant, correctly serving the customer their food order.

kfc used to taste amazing. these nuggets taste like they were microwaved from frozen. just threw away 20bucks. & the food. it was barely lukewarm even though the location was 3 minutes away, and the delivery arrived early. they also gave me a drink without a straw. but hey at least they gave me 3 sporks. this is not an isolated incident. Three different locations have served me garbage in lieu of food. 15 years ago your honey barbecue sauce was one of the best out there. now subpar would be vast understatement. I was really hungry, now I’m still hungry but also feeling sick. I have never had such a poor experience with any franchise or standalone restaurant. I assume you are aware of your decline, but inedible food is completely unacceptable

KFC coming through with the Vegan Fried Chicken!
Yes, you read that right, Vegan Fried Chicken!
We were Beyond excited to see KFC release their Plant-Based options US-wide. They offered for one day in select stores a year ago, and they sold out by noon. I’ve been waiting for this day. I sure hope this sticks around, and we see more options (including vegan sauces).
I was extremely shocked and impressed to taste KFC’s original recipe, its been over 6 years since I last had their chicken. The only negative I would share is there are no dipping options other than hot sauce and ketchup. Fortunately, we got it to go and slayed the box with Hidden Valley Vegan Ranch! (Yum!)
We had:
-Beyond Chicken Box with fries & a drink.
Def looking forward to the next opportunity to grab a box!

-Indoor seating is available
-Social distance & masks are not required. Staff wore masks.
-Customer service was delightful, safe, and helpful
-Ordering was effortless & smooth
-No issues at all.

Personally I Do Not Eat “ KFC “ At All . But This Location Is Slow , Waited Like 20-30 Minutes For A Uber Eats Order. I Walked In Before So Many Customers & Was Still Served Last ! Associate Customer Service Is Horrible They Do Not Speak & Kept Sayings Its A Wait Its A Wait On The Food After Sitting For 10-15 Minutes They Tell Me Oh The Food Just Went Down. There Is Literally No Line In The Drive Through So Im Not Sure Why The Uber Eats Order Was Last. But “ KFC “ In General Is Slow & Always Will Be Slow Especially With There Food . They Give Me Another Reason Not To Eat Here , Like 20-30 Minutes For Some Chicken Is CRAZYYYYY !!!!!!

I bought 3 pieces chicken combo today and taste awful. Everytime I bought 90% of the time it’s not good and it’s make me puke. TBH kfc from Almeda rd do a better cooking because they don’t rush. I need to be honest. Waste of money I had to throw the food in the garbage.
I will never buy food here. The place is dirty, the restroom smells. I don’t know how you pass the inspection, the inspection is not right!.
