Ordered 8pc combo with Mac and cheese and sweat tea. No Mac and no sweat tea ok let me sub for wedges and mash potatoe and a Pepsi. Get home and it looks like a cut up tender made to be 8pc nuggets and some crumbs and the wedges are old cold and hard I live right behind the store in apartments.
Update i brought the food back and spoke with the manager J he was able to replace ny food and give me store credit. Great customer service. He was just as upset as I was. Thanks for taking picture and trying retrain whomever that was.

Metal in the chicken. No refund or new meal.
On my lunch break yesterday I went through the drive through to pick up some quick lunch. Once I got back to work on my lunch break I noticed there was a piece of metal in the food. I tried calling them to let them know and maybe get a refund since I had to throw out the food but no one answered the phone. I drive up again today (with the metal piece still in the chicken) and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t bring the entire meal back???? You mean the meal I threw out since it had metal in it??? I was just trying to get a refund on food I didn’t eat or a new meal. The lack of accountability is insane.

It’s KFC, not a Michelin Star restaurant. The place clean, they were quick, and the girls at the counter were professional and very efficient. But KFC doesn’t hit like it used. Extra crispy implies that it’s crispy, and this is extra. When I was kid that’s how it was. Now, it’s not crispy at all, let alone extra. Not the fault of the staff, but it’s just no exciting to eat anymore.
The sandwiches are really good. The chicken strips are really not.

I keep going to the KFC on 9435 FM 1960 and they are saying they do not honor the coupons KFC sends me digitally…..at all. They also never have certain sides….ever….none of the times I go there. Someone needs to look into that. Make sure they are stocked with what KFC is advertising and honor the coupons KFC is advertising. Please.

They closed early. When we told her we still had 5 minutes to close she said they were ere out of chicken. She already had her drawer counted so she had closed at least 10 minutes early. If you are open until 10 then dont close early

I ordered two of the mashed potato chicken nugget bowls in the drive thru, I was asked to pull to the front and told it would be right out. 15 minutes later I finally got my order. Returned home and started eating,only to bite into a very sharp piece of bone that cracked one of my teeth and stabbed me in the gums. Ultimately, this $16 mediocre food that I didn’t even finish eating is going to cost me a tooth and a trip to the dentist.

I ordered through the App. Picked up my food and returned to work. Half the sauces were missing. Everything and I mean EVERY PIECE of food was burnt. And after calling the store 7+ times and getting no response— I have to say; probably don’t order from this location.

So today I placed the order a KFC through the drive-through I asked for a three-piece combo crispy chicken with gravy in a biscuit the biscuit with hard the mashed potatoes was old and I got original chicken that was old as well now the person who took my order with TAMMIE when I call the store I spoke to her she told me she did not take my order but clearly that’s the person that’s on the receipt

Terrible customer service. Girl in the drive thru was so rude I refused to order. Then I called the store and the manager just made excuses for her. Please and thank you, are not hard things to add into a sentence, but for these folks its obviously too much. Nobody is gonna spend their money where they’re treated like that.
