Their lobby says it closes at 9pm we showed up at 8:53 to pick up an order and they were closed. Just a couple minutes before closing, and I also order a 16 piece and literally half of our fried chicken was nothing but bones and not well cooked. The manager upfront also aggressively just handed me the food and instead of telling me “here you go have a goodnight” THE MANAGER FIRST THING SAYS “We close at 9 our system closes at 9” and shuts the window on me and walks away.This establishment needs a new management or at least reconsidering on fixing their schedules with their lobbies and ALSO needs an inspection BEFORE handing their customers the ORDERS WORST KFC EVER!!!! I wish I can post pictures too.

Ordered via app so i guess it automatically assumes you’re taking out but I stayed in. The staff was far more attentive to drive-thru than the lobby guests. After awhile I asked about my meal and was told it’s taking awhile, whole time it was sitting in their take-out bin getting more stale. The “sauced” nuggets was barely sauced. Whats the point of advertising sauce nuggets if more than half of them are dry and definitely not fresh???

I haven’t experienced service this bad in a long time… The cashier that was taking orders for drive thru around 11:30 AM, a young African American girl with glasses, had a serious attitude problem.
I had two mobile orders for pickup and she still somehow managed to mess up the order.
I waited 15 minutes just to receive cold food and food was also missing from my order.
I then pulled up to the drive thru again and the same girl spoke on the speaker and when I tried to explain to her what happened she then yelled through the speaker, that she couldn’t hear me. I then asked if she could hear me now, then she proceeded to further agitate the situation and tried to make my wife and I come in for a physical confrontation.
Hands down, this is the worst experience I’ve gone through a restaurant in a long time and I will definitely not be returning here and I would suggest to not bother wasting your time, energy, and money coming here.
I hope this location either gets better management or gets shut down.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich but got honey spice. I ordered 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy added coleslaw but got a container of gravy, no mashed potatoes. Neither order was completed correctly.

Today 8/20/25 I went to the drive by window. Ordered 2 #7 which has 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 1 biscuit with a drink. I specifically requested one of the orders to have a mashed potatoe and Cole slaw sides and the other order to have 2 mashed potatoes. I got home and my order was… 1 mashed potatoes and no other side. Yes that’s right, it was missing. The other order had 2 Cole slaw. THIS NIT WHAT I ORDERED. I AM LIVID. HOW CAN A SIMPLE ORDER BE SO SCREWED UP? HOW DIFFICULT WAS MY ORDER? I PAID A LOT …. AND FOR WHAT? TO BE ANGRY TO THE POINT I DON’T WANT THIS FOOD. NEVER EVER AGAIN..KFC.

Poor quality food; it’s either over cooked, sometimes hard and dry and sometimes undercooked. Also, they seem to have strayed so far away from the original recipe. It’s almost unrecognizable.

Went today got 2 chicken sandwiches, one was barely edible the other looked like a dried up tiny piece of chicken. While the food was horrible, my wife called and spoke to the manager Alex. She was very professional and understanding and apologized ,she offered to remake the sandwiches.

Haven’t been to a KFC in a long time and regret coming. No grilled chicken, the biscuits were hard as bricks and nobody seemed to care. Got here after 5pm. You would think that they would be better prepared at dinner time.
