I recently ordered 12 nuggets w/ a side of mashed potatoes and a Famous Bowl from KFC, and the experience was pretty disappointing. Instead of the nuggets I paid for, I received two cut-up chicken strips tossed in the box like a last-minute replacement. On top of that, my Famous Bowl wasn’t even in the proper container—it was served in a bucket, which made it feel sloppy and not at all what I expected. They also didn’t include any sauces, which made the meal even less enjoyable.

To make matters worse, there were no napkins or plasticware included in the bag. For a takeout order, that’s a basic expectation, and it really added to the frustration.

Overall, the order felt rushed and careless. I expect better accuracy and presentation from KFC, especially when I’m paying full price for specific items. Hoping this location steps up its quality control.

Ordered from the tablet in store. Was only myself and one other lady. Maybe about 5 workers. We’re not busy at all. On the tablet menu you could order a special lemonade for an extra .30 I did that and ordered 2 sides. And a 3 piece. Heavy set guy handed me my food an empty cup, then walked off. I said excuse me sir, he didn’t come back for 5 minutes. Lady next to me said good luck I been waiting a while and I don’t understand it’s not even busy, after 5 minutes I asked the man about my lemonade he said there is no special lemonade like the menu says. I settled for the cream one, it’s not very good. Got home my macaroni was missing. YALL WERE NOT THE BUSY AND IM PISSED BOUT MY WASTED MONEY AND NOT GETTING MY MACARONI. Terrible service.

The workers are usually rude. Someone came over the speaker laughing and said, “Order when you’re ready,” then started laughing again. I’m glad they enjoy their job, but it’s really unprofessional. Then, the worker picked something out of the bowl and started to bang the utensil on the trash, then continued to use it. Grossed me out. Not sure if I’ll be going here for a while.

I am writing to share our experience after visiting your location today, and I have to say, the service was horrible.

The staff appeared completely disorganized and confused. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items that were missed, including:

Silverware

Our drinks/cups

Dipping sauces

Most frustratingly, the food tasted like it had been sitting out all day—it was clearly not fresh.

We were traveling and chose your spot out of convenience. Immediately after leaving, we saw better options (Popeyes, Chick-fil-A) and deeply regretted not waiting.

KFC needs to do significantly better. This experience was definitely not up to the standard of my usual KFC location in San Antonio.

The worst chicken I ever had!! I went by this past Saturday, I ask for two orders. One with the 4 chicken tenders and the other with 5. My mistake was not checking the bag before leaving, when I open the boxes; one of them had only 3 chicken tenders and the other 4 and a half and it was all burned and the biscuits looked bad. I call them back and the lady that answered was being so rude, and told me they couldn’t do nothing, I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and she said he was busy and couldn’t talk to me. They even charged me for the ketchup and they didnt even gave me anything.

Update:
Thank you to Cedric for replacing my order and remembering me from two months ago. The chicken was fresh, hot and cooked good. For the trouble he even added a bundt cake and still continued to apologize for the service. No issues this time around. Thank you.

Old:
The location is nasty! Along with majority of the places here in San Angelo! Chicken was barely done & asked for original and there should be no reason why the chicken is soggy. On top of that the chicken isn’t even done. The drive through man had an attitude because I added 1/2 a dozen of biscuits. Huffing and puffing, if you do not like your job find another. I will be taking my whole order back.

I was in the drive thru for 45 mins at least, probably more than that! I didn’t order at the intercom because no one ever said anything, I said “Hello?” at least 5 or 6 times. When I got to the window the guy asked what I had ordered and I told him nothing yet, I thought the intercom was broken. He did apologize but didn’t ever apologize for the LONG WAIT, nor did they offer any kind of discount or give anything to make up for that long wait . TERRIBLE, won’t go back to this location anytime soon.

The worst location! It’s so bad apparently reading others reviews…first time here. Placed three piece combo order online. Gave them a bit before heading to location and still took 35min AFTER getting to counter to get my food. Mind you I still had a missing leg that was on the order but I was just done with that whole thing so left it at that. When I arrived to location, line was super long so definitely slow. One worker inside seemed frustrated and as a whole crew just looked lost. Food was good though just terrible service.

Ordered online, which is expensive but I’m pregnant so I’m really craving specific things, I bought it. Got my order, the fries were drenched in oil meaning they weren’t drained properly or at all. The nuggets were raw in the middle. and none of the sauces I selected were in the box yet the correct order was stamped on the box. I had some of the fries, a drumstick and the nugget before I realized it was raw, I have feeling sick ever since. I will never order from here again and I’m not type to leave negative reviews for anywhere as I know how it impacts a business however, I’m doing it because changes need to be made. I ordered 8:56 and recieved my order which was delievered to me in less than 10 minutes that’s shows that the food was not freshly packed.
