The girl at the front on 1/30 7:20 PM gave me my bag and then promptly turned around. I had to say “I think I have a drink” twice until she turned around. She then proceeded to help drive thru for over 3 minutes when all she needed to do was hand me a cup. Thank God the guy on the line asked if I needed anything. My thighs and leg were about the size of the wings from Wingstop I got yesterday. I placed hot sauce packets so you can visibly see how small they were. Place is clean so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. What is this? Fried chicken for ants?! Jesus KFC, do better.

I had a great experience at KFC! The service was super fast, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food. The guy at the drive-thru window was really nice and had such a positive attitude. He was polite, respectful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The rest of the staff was really sweet too and made sure everything in my order was correct. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. I’ll for sure be coming back!

The KFC I had today tasted just right — not salty at all! The last few times I bought it, it was a bit too salty, but today’s flavor was perfectly balanced and really enjoyable. Hope it stays this way!

We went through the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders. We were extremely disappointed in the tenders for $8. I would expect more out of a chicken place.

Manager, cooks, and front line workers are lazy as hell. Alway crying about making fresh chicken. Always want to serve you old chicken that’s been in a warmer all day. Like you literally get paid to fry chicken but hate frying chicken. I never will understand that. Elizabeth is the only person at this restaurant and the other lady manager that works morning forget her name, will let fry my chicken and serve me anything from this kfc. If any male taking orders or manager at the moment avoid this place at all cost. All they want to do is sit around the lobby take breaks and sell old chicken/food all day and give you a hard time when you ask for something to be made fresh. I don’t get it. Not everyone eats old food and actually care about what’s going in their bodies. Not everyone eat trash. I wish management all management at this location understood this.
