Stopped in today the chicken I was given was overcooked it looked almost burnt. Had to return the chicken to get it replaced. Even the chicken they replaced wasn’t that much better. Never stopping by this KFC ever again!

The young Hispanic male who was servicing the drive-thru was extremely rude and nasty. The same gloves he was using to touch the chicken. He used to touch the trash can, he used to touch door handles, he used to place his hand on the dirty window seal. He messed up my order. He was vaping in the window. The manager came over and got on him for multiple reasons. He had my order wrong after I told him twice what I wanted. After she got on him I guess that made him mad. So he decides to throw like tossing my food at me. When I asked him for my sauces he literally forcefully placed them in my hand. I was nice the whole time about it. The fact that he was upset with me, because the manager chewed him out for not doing his job. Showed me everything I needed to know. He took his anger out on me. Not only that but my chicken I ordered extra crispy was half fried. The chicken breast was pink. The manager was very nice and she apologized about it. Yes there probably could have been a better way to address him. More so maybe behind closed doors instead of openly scolding him in front of customers.He was definitely in the wrong. From the vaping, to the unsanitized glove using. The nasty attitude, the poor customer service. I will never come back here.

I ordered the 8pc nuggets only for lunch and asked for them to be made fresh, and that I would wait. That was after walking in and being greeted by no one, standing there for a few minutes before finally being able to place my order. I watched the lady take my nuggets out of a warmer and tell the guy who took my order that they just came out. STOP. While I appreciate the guy who took my order for telling her that I wanted them fresh, we have to stop being lazy when it comes to serving others.

The lady at the register was not nice at all got mad because we decided we wanted a drink made an ugly face and smacked her lips was so mad because we diced we wanted a drink I work in the food service industry and never treat my customers like that very ugly service not coming again. The lady needs to know how to treat customers that are not even being ugly with her just wanted our food and to be greeted and treated with respect but it’s okay she must had a bad day or hate her job.

Rude cashier who did not provide great service. After requesting white meat only, she stated that she gave me what she had left. I requested a refund, and she said Shut up talking to me, and don’t give her a receipt back. I was driving off and she stated Don’t come back. I went into the store to ask her who she was talking to, her explanation was that it wasn’t you. So she was rude to someone else? I asked for a manager and a division manager, and she stated she didn’t have to do that, look it up. So I took a picture to verify who I was talking to. I have called the customer service line and am waiting for whom I need to talk to next. This is crazy!!!

Place was dirty even though there were no customers. Employees just hanging out like there was nothing to do. Sign says one thing but receipt says something else. Employee says we’ll the sign must be old? How bout honor it or take it down. Won’t be back to this location lol customer came after us walked in and left empty handed. Look, it’s KFC. However, only having ONE guy run the store ALONE for ANY amount of time is wrong. He handled the rush as well as anyone could. I commend him. Management needs to take time to hire/reach out to other stores for help. Thank you for my lunch sir I should have caught your name.

The other day I went to place an order through the window and an older lady with glasses spoke ugly to me, gestured to me and still throwing the window in front of me making a bad face. The truth is that they should focus on those they hire to serve their customers well and give them a good service ,And if that’s how they serve their customers who only pass by for their food, I can’t imagine those who eat there, terrible place

As I drove through the drive-thru, there was a sign saying their speaker was not working that they would take your order at the window drove to the window. Stay there for like 5to 8 minutes without nobody coming I would see somebody working there, but they wouldn’t direct their attention to us so anyways, I ordered the eight piece meal and I get home and I have no biscuits. I paid $41 even though I know $41 to make $41 of biscuits but still my order was incomplete call the restaurant they never answered cause I don’t live in the area notice on the drive-thru also windows were filthy. I wonder how long it’s been that they wash those windows

Fastest service we have received in some time. Excellent flavor. So crunchy and good. The pickles were so good, not limp but crunchy, quality pickles. I’m glad we stopped here as opposed to another restaurant where we had a bad experience and we decided to head on out and come here instead. We will be back to more KFC restaurants in the future. The restaurant was very peaceful and clean. Looks like they’re working on fixing it. Not sure why we haven’t gone to KFC as much anymore, this will change.
