If could no stars , definitely would. I ordered a #4 3 chicken tenders and a Mt dew. My husband ordered a # 3 with Dr pepper. The girl at register argued I had ordered a #3 PC chicken. I said no. She got real mouthy. I told my husband forget mine I can go to mcds next door and walked out. He stayed and waited on order. No place to sit inside. She gave no silverware and gave wrong drinks. He got Pepsi and I have no idea what mine was. Lady out on phone picking her nose and literally had her hands down her pants scratching her a–. I said joking as we went in I hope she not the cook. When my husband went back in to get silverware and the right drink he found out she was manager…So don’t waste your time here …Awful place..

My husband and I went when they first opened this restaurant. Today Tuesday December 19th is the first time we’ve been back to order food for dinner. We decided to go through the drive thru and then ordered the $20 dollar “fill up box”. I was not happy at all! The chicken nuggets were dried out and very hard and cold! The French fries were cold! The biscuits was cold! And they gave us thighs and NO breast! The chicken was all cold!! It’s like the box was already prepared, and just sitting under the lights!! I don’t think I’ll be going back there any time soon!!! The service was great, and the girls were pretty nice. But all the food was cold and dried out so yeah I believe I’m done with this particular Restaurant!

Came for a pick up order. Was in the lobby for 10 minutes and NOT ACKNOWLEDGED AT ALL. Not until 2 other people came in and they completely bypassed me and I had to advise that I was in line before the orders and the lady stated “well if it’s a pick up order it’s not ready anyway”

Go somewhere else. The wait and customer service is not worth it. And the food wasn’t even fresh for the wait!

WOW! This KFC location has such good food!! Seriously, the food is just always SO Fresh! My order is always correct and it’s like they take pride in making my food. I no longer go to Lisa’s or Chicken Express. I’ve always liked KFC a lot, but never really had a good experience until now at this specific location. The employees are very friendly too, and the inside it’s very clean. I’ll continue to give this KFC my business, it’s Fresh, It’s Hot and made with care it’s GREAT!! ❤️

Update 2/27/26. Do not order takeout they will send you their trash the chicken was hard old and cold and ironically it was freed too fast because there was so much dough in there that wasn’t even done and they have free delivery for the weekend and my driver was supposed to be here at 1:03 and he shows up at 1:30 p.m. and before that he had gotten my food 15 minutes before that so my food was literally an hour late and the restaurant is about 9 minutes from my house I have gone to this location before and at times it was decent and at times it wasn’t but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon The food went absolutely horrible. The grease was old and the food was fried so hard and I didn’t taste any herbs and spices but just the taste of old grease and bad chicken. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this place. And spend my money, I don’t even want the chicken for free. They kept giving out free buckets of chicken when you spend $15, but the chicken that I got was so bad to where I didn’t even want to spend $15 to get a free bucket of chicken. I wouldn’t recommend anybody eat at this restaurant. It has been a hit-and-miss because at some point I got some decent chicken. But then when I went the the other day, it was horrible, and it was a big waste of my money. I had to dispute it with my bank because no one would call me back from that restaurant and when I called the 800 number. They were no help. They pretended like they were going to give me a refund and then they said, no, we will have someone from this store call you and no one ever called me even up until this date. And it’s been over two months, and no one ever called me, no wonder these people are being shut down.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I ordered through their app which was confusing in itself because I have a terminally I’ll child at home and can’t get out. The chicken was rubbery, like it had been sitting all day, the fries were cold and hard, the potatoe wedges were hard as a rock and cold, and to add insult to injury, the ONE DRINK i ordered was flat and tasted like pure syrup. Complete waste of money and time, and the manager claimed they would replace it once I brought everything back but due to my child just like I told her I can’t get out like that and of course no resolution. Just extremely disappointed. Coming from a mom taking care of 4 small children, one being terminally I’ll, haven’t eaten all day, huge disappointment.

Ordered through the KFC app, they made me wait two hours for my order to then cancel it. Staff was unhelpful when trying to solve the issue. One even blamed my dasher being Hispanic claiming he did not speak English, I spoke with him fully in English. Do not order from this location.

I ordered a Nashville hot loaded fry bowl and I got literally 7 tiny fries like bottom of the bag fries and no pickles or anything. This is wild work KFC I know this location is in a bad side of town but do better. ♀️
