Chicken was under cooked, had hair in my chicken and my biscuit when I called them they gave me attitude about it said there all wearing hairnets that it couldn’t have been from them. Lol would not eat their again at all.

This store should be shut down. Service and food is horrible. Nobody in the drive thru except me, and i still have to pull around to the front and park and wait for my food so they can manipulate thier drive thru times. I waited over 10 minutes for a bowl filled with grease.

Just went here. The fries were disgusting, hard, dry, and taste old. It was real fast, too. Talk about fast food! They probably just packed what was done and sent me on my way. My daughter was hungry, you know.. could have put new fries in there. Her tenders are the smallest ever at least, the drinks taste all right.

This was my second time having a poor experience at the KFC in Midlothian. I went in today and asked that my chicken be fried fresh and cooked a few minutes longer so it would be extra crispy. The woman working at the front, named Kawana, told me that the chicken was already fresh and that she would drop it back in the grease to make it crispy. I told her I would prefer to have freshly made chicken that was just cooked a few minutes longer, and I didn’t mind waiting. She said that putting it back in the grease would still keep it fresh, and that was my only option after I argued with her about wanting freshly cooked, extra crispy chicken. I asked her if she understood exactly what I was requesting. She replied that I was not at home. She then said she needed a break and walked away. After waiting at the front for several minutes, I yelled to the back and asked if anyone else was working who could take my order. A man, who said he was the cook, and a young woman whose name started with T came to the front. The man, claiming to be the cook, offered to take my order and sincerely apologized for Kawana’s behavior. Not only was this a terrible experience for me, but other patrons also commented on her poor behavior. I feel like food costs entirely too much these days to have to argue with employees about how to prepare it as requested. KFC needs to better train their employees. I would avoid this location until they improve.

Here picking up a delivery order, a guy walked in and tried to place an order and was told that KFC isn’t taking any additional orders because they have a huge order they were supposed to have ready soon. The guy was shocked and confused and stormed out of the store. Not accepting orders because you have a big order is crazy. Maybe if it was only 1 person working but it was like 3 or 4 people back there. Corporate may want to investigate this matter.

How do you go to a chicken
place and they are out of chicken, they are not out of chicken. They don’t want to cook anymore because they have cleaned the fryers early and don’t want to stay late. Even though they don’t close till 9:30. I went at 8:00.

Damn bones in the chicken pot pies. Call to let them know, woman says thank you. Not, sorry it could have choked you or oh, we need to be more careful, or we need to be checking better. Horrible customer service. Double check if you buy anything there.
