Manager Lashanna ran a tight ship with exceptional customer service, and Adrian and Arron—along with the rest of the crew—were welcoming and efficient. This was the worst experience I have ever had…. Katherine the manager” was rude and refused to give me a refund from the drive through (refund policy) not posted, when I complained that she didn’t give me a receipt and I never intended to pay $14 for a order of “stale” fried pickles. She made us wait on fried pickles that were supposed to be freshly made, but they were not… my wife works in food service and knows the steps of service and this incident did not follow them. Focusing on returning customers from great service is a must. Supervisor Kathryn states the policy of no refund is a requirement from the franchise. Her attitude alone with the confusion and dissatisfaction with this situation was not a conflict resolution but actually started a conflict and took a problem with a nonpresent individual and turned it into a conflict with herself. Not managent interaction. We have never been handled in this manner with a dispute from any restaurant and truthfully haven’t had this type of problem at any local fast food establishment. Such a disappointment.

Takeout of 5 piece tender meal.
Good fries. Nice application of flour for a crispy outer texture.
Coleslaw has a slight onion note and a touch of sweetness with good crunch for a finely chopped cabbage base. I like it.
Chicken tenders are moist with a good outer crunch.
Biscuit is tender and flaky. Good flavor overall but a touch of raw flour after taste.
Comeback sauce was interesting with a slight Cajun flair to the peppery spice.
Honey mustard was your standard fare.
Honey Sauce?…Nice try, but. Just another cheap, almost imitation. I say almost because it does list honey as the third ingredient after all the corn syrups. Slightly darker in color than pure honey, see my picture. Real is on right. Real has that beautiful floral note that you just can’t simulate.

UPDATE: 7/26/2025 thank you, KFC for taking my complaint and review seriously and updating the signage at the KFC. I just saw yesterday that the sign now states what time the lobby closes. You were the only company that I have made a review or complaint to that has even responded or fix the issue. So thank you so much!!! Truly shows the type of company this is and they actually care what their customer say. ❤️❤️❤️ not sure about the actual location as most of the employees are not very friendly but it shows corporate cares!
Came at 9:07pm to pickup a GrubHub order and the doors are locked. Hours of operation state that on Friday and Saturday they are open until 10:30pm. It does not state that the lobby closes at any specific time.

This place is shady. I read all these reviews and people said the place didn’t put enough chicken on their big bucket to go order and I thought to my self “that wouldn’t happen to my combo order”. Guess what. Not only didn’t they gave the 3 piece grilled chicken I ordered online, they subbed with only 2 pieces original. If they got away with more orders without the complaints, cost saving right there!! Count your chicken before leaving the place

I pulled up to the drive through and a woman said “order when ready”. After I paused to decide what I wanted she got impatient. I tried to order a 30 count nugget and was told they don’t have that, it’s online. I asked her to hold for a minute while I picked something else. She proceeds to say “y’all going to pull up the the drive through and don’t know what you want? Look at the menu” in a very sarcastic and nasty tone. I drove away without ordering and went to Chick-fil-A. There were several people who were in the car who witnessed this being said. When I got home I called to speak to the manager (Katherine) who then tried to argue with me that she didn’t hear it being said and it didn’t happen. So me and all of my passengers lied and I just called for the fun of it?! She kept saying “you sure it’s the Mansfield store?!” Ok, so not only am I liar and deaf but I don’t even know the only kfc in my town lmao. 1/10 experience, stay away.

Spent $57 bucks here and went home to find out I was missing the 10 piece chicken and coleslaw, fries and drink. Went all the way home then opened the bag to hungry children with half my order missing, tried to call no answer, pulled up to the store and lobby was locked and 4 other customers were outside upset because they were missing half their order. Come on you can do better? People are working, need to feed their family and deal with bad service, no drinks because no cups? Please be up front at the drive in I would of kindly and quickly took my business somewhere else. So disappointing, writing this as I wait outside for my order. I pulled up at 7:30pm its now 8:30 and I’m back waiting on my order.

Customer Care reached out and made up for this locations one star rating. I feel heard and gave another location in Fort Worth a shot. They had my whole order at the window and did not forget anything. This Mansfield location, I can’t say the same but moving my review to 4 stars for KFC’s customer care.
