Sure wish I had read the reviews before I ordered here tonight. I ordered online. 2 family meals a 12 piece and a 16 piece. I ordered with 30min to spare giving them enough time to get the order ready before I got there. We waiting another 35-45min after we got there all while watching everyone else be served. Big and small meals. The chicken was nasty. Even thought it was fresh. The breading wasn’t sticking so basically we just had chicken and bone. I’ll not ever order here again.

Well I had to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru just to get my food. When I got it the chicken was so tiny and super greasy. The fish was really greasy as well. I used to be a fan of KFC and long John silver’s but now I’m not. The only thing good that I can say is the lady who took my order and gave me my change and asked me to wait was very friendly and professional

Arrived at 1:45 pm. 1 order of fish, 1 order of chicken. Both orders warm at best and obviously left over from the lunch crowd. The fish was like eating cardboard the hush puppies and fries were soggy. When the manager was confronted about these issues, she just stated “the food is on timers” and walked away.
Save your 20 bucks and eat somewhere else.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken wing dinner. Out of wings. Asked if they would fry some up. Took 20 minutes to get my dinner. It tasted like the original spices was not added to the flour. It was 94 degrees out and it felt like the AC was off. I drive 40 minutes to satisfy this craving. The cashier was so sweet and apologetic but my dinner was not pleasant.

The place was a mess. The seats had tears in them. The place needed cleaning up. The food was not cooked all the way. The service was bad. I had the Long John Silver items. I had to go back and get the rest of my order lady was on her phone. Said she did not know it was ready. I will never go back.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Ordered 2 K23’s which include a drink and cookie. Only got the bowls because it was entered incorrectly, and the drinks were only half full. No cookie. Waited 15 minutes in line. While the 8 piece was fresh, the chicken in the bowls required the jaws of life to cut in half. Ordered a large side of potates with the 8 piece meal that should have come with gravy, it did not. Contemplated going back to get fresh items, but didn’t want to risk missing work tomorrow waiting for it.

Dirty,ripped seats, restroom nasty, food was cold. As we waited, all but 1 person had issues with their orders. I wanted sweet tea, but never got any. They finally made it right before we left.

The food is always pretty good and tasty. Inside dining is usually a pleasant experience. Drive thru can have a bit of a wait sometimes

Since my initial review 4 years ago this KFC location has steadily gone down hill. Often times menu items are not available, and service leaves much to be desired: slow with an occasional side of attitude. The food quality apparently depends on who’s working the fryer, sometimes it’s palatable, sometimes you can sop up enough grease to fry another whole chicken. I think from now on I’ll be taking the drive down to Pop’s.

Sp this is a tale of two days. Yesterday when I went in, even though there was no long john silvers avsilable, everyone was friendly and when the biscuits came out they were hot and fresh. The chicken was good and service friendly. And to that experience 5 stars no problem. But today. I walked in and no one was at counter or drive thru. There were customers in dining room. So I waited, curious. I walked over and could see an employee by the fryers on his phone. Could I have said something, you bet. I wanted to see if someone would come in 5 minutes. Bo one did, I walked out and gave my business to someone else. You’ll find me hard pressed tp come again to this establishment because of it. What happened to yesterday’s crew? In fact where was the crew? Only reason for two stars instead of one, yesterdays crew being so nice.
