Worst fast food restaurant in Marshall. Went there last Saturday. Was told they didn’t have any chicken ready AT A CHICKEN Restaurant!! I’d have to wait 10 minutes. I could maybe understand if it was busy, but there were no customers there. And the girl had the audacity to give me attitude.
With no customers you’d think the place would be spotless, inside and out. It wasn’t.
The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Everybody working there should be fired.
Unless there are major changes, I will not return and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

I used to love KFC, but hadn’t eaten there in several years. Last Friday, I took my father there to dine in. We were the only two there until closer to the end of our experience, with the exception of a couple of guys that came in for take out. The manager was nice, but distant. They got my gathers order wrong, but corrected it after a long wait at the counter. That’s when the two males were there ahead of me. We ate part of out meals and left. Later that evening I went to eat the leftovers for dinner, but around my second bite into the chicken breast, it was rubbery. I had already swallowed the bite when I looked to notice it was not done all the way. Needless to say, this ended up being a displeasing experience as a whole. Another guy that would bring the order to the counter wasn’t necessarily rude to people, but looked like he’d rather be anywhere else than dealing with customers.

Wow, just wow. Has to be the worst chicken I have ever purchased. Nasty juice in the bottom of the bucket and mushy nasty breading. Chicken tastes like it was yesterday’s left over put in the microwave. Sunday dinner with the family was a waste of money and time. Will never have to worry about eating there again.

I asked for a pepper. I had to go back and get it. I dont eat my chicken without a pepper. Condiments are Important. It satisfy the palette. It’s not ok. Bad customer service. The people were pleasant, Next time fill the order according to my preferences. Im the one paying for the meal. That just how I like it. I dont like circling back, by that time the chicken is cold, and it just ruins the experience

I took some chicken back to the store at 700 East end boulevard South Marshall Texas because the food was dried out and the manager took the food bare-handed into his fingers and opened it up and told me it didn’t look dried out to him and pushed it back over to me and told me he’s not going to replace it or refund it I have never been so humiliated in my life. This manager needs to be fired and never allowed to serve food again anywhere he needs to be arrested
