I was hungry before midnight and there weren’t a lot of options open. So I showed up at 11 and got an eight piece family meal with Potato wedges and Mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken itself was really really hard to chew, and I assume it was sitting in the heater for a long time as it was really dry as well. This was the same for the potato wedges. The biscuits were as hard as rocks and I couldn’t even bite into them. They just crumbled. I was extremely disappointed after spending $36 on That amount of food. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs sadly. The one on new Boston Road in Texarkana is far better than this one.

Their food is no good. I suffered through the famous bowl figured my taste buds were off but my crunch wrap was nothing but lettuce and few tomatoes in a tortilla. No meat, sour cream, or cheese. If I wanted a cheap salad I would have ordered 1. At least maybe I could have gotten some dressing. 1st pic is what I ordered and the 2nd is what I got.

Solely wrote this review to give Devonte the props he deserves. He was polite patient and courteous with me and my kids. He was kind to help us buss the table and make sure to confirm allergies for the baby before we ordered anything. Very grateful and hopeful this review falls in the right hands to benefit him in some way.

The service wasn’t good at all, they didn’t even give us a straw for the drink, and you see by the picture how much sauce is given on the honey bbq wings… When asked for more sauce, they gave us the little summertime bbq sauce packs. Not the actual sauce that comes on it. Highly disappointed this trip.

The picture does no justice to the condition of this establishment. DDD… Dirty, Disorganized, Deficient. Kitchen is filthy. Some employees had no hairnet or hat, no gloves, floors disgusting, no syrup for soda, tables dirty, and the list goes on. One thing this establishment had right was the young lady who took my order with a smile.

I waited less than 5 minutes for a 10 piece of the Taco Bell chicken nuggets and they gave me extra for the wait! They were cooked to order! Nice and hot, very DELICIOUS! Y’all are great!

Dirty restaurant. We were the only ones in there and one car in drive thru. My food was disgusting. Ordered 4 piece chicken meal and got 3 pieces and a bone with barely meat on it as my fourth. Since covid seems fast food has gone down hill. The prices way too high for the lack of service and quality of the food.
