Store #62, Camp Wisdom (Complete Failure of Management and Operations)
This location is an absolute disaster. My online order was accepted, then completely ignored. After waiting over an hour with no updates and being unable to reach anyone through customer service or chat, I went to the store myself.
When I arrived, employees claimed they “never received” the order and said they were closed, yet my DoorDash driver arrived at the same time to pick up my order, along with multiple other customers also looking for their online orders. Clearly, the system was still active and orders were being taken despite staff claiming otherwise.
This was a total operational failure and a clear lack of accountability. When I asked who the manager was, I was given the name Darren V. by an employee. Whether or not he was physically on site, the leadership tied to this location is clearly failing.
No communication, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue, just excuses. If this store cannot handle online orders or holiday traffic, they should disable ordering entirely instead of wasting customers’ time and money.
Corporate leadership needs to urgently review this location’s management, training, and procedures. This level of disorganization and customer disregard is unacceptable!

7/19/2024 8:56 :9:43 Friday Night …. I will never ever come back to this KFC…. I had just made it in town from Houston… My parents requested KFC on camp wisdom… I went through the drive through.. The lady that took my order was very polite friendly and repeated my order back to me correctly… Now mind you the lobby is closed… Where it went wrong … There was no biscuits ready .. the lady that had on red shirt tied in a knot to the back with very long lashes dark complexion stated this, the guy with the dreads with two big braids and the guy with his hair standing on his head came to the window with a smile stating no Mac and cheese … I order 8 pieces with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese and 4 peppers.., Here is a example what my chicken looked like ,.. The food was horrible we ate non of this food spending almost 32 dollars rounded … I hate my black brothers and sisters represent this establishment so poorly… My wait was around 45 minutes I gave grace waiting assuming my order would be correct … no no no .. I am not mad only disappointed… We must do better serving… no lights in the back where you order ….

Nasty location with rude employees. Long wait for food even though there were no customers in store or drivethrough at 6 pm. Unclean tables with locks on bathroom. Food was okay but dont tell me you need to cook something then bring it cold. Kids on their phone just hanging out.

Rude employees, definitely not customer service geared. Customer satisfaction is non existent in this store. Messed up my order and wanted to charge more for the items I should’ve gotten in the first place. The soft drink station is dirty with soda spilled on the counter.

Horrible place, I went through the drive through and they said it would be 10 minutes and park in the parking lot. I waited 20 minutes and went back in, they said they did not know who I was. I said I would like a refund and the manager had a bad attitude and said I’m busy. The front cashier said we are busy, I said there is no one here, because there was literally no one inside. She also said you shouldn’t go through the drive through because its not good. When the employee says its not good, take their word.

Kfc one of our favorite chicken spots to eat at I’m happy they started Some good deals again it’s 3 locations I love this the other one is off Illinois and they closed the on Polk Mayne hold lupp and the one off west davis st. I grabbed me a one right out the box to make sure it’s fresh to my liking it was to just like I thought it would be it’s a muddy muddy situation when the kfc chicken cooked right my little girl all ways happy they should add peppers I think but maybe that’s making them kind of a local chicken spot but that’s me
But we got the 10 dollar box for kfc chicken you can’t beat that or the 5 dollar box the chicken alone is worth that but thy giving big boxes it comes with sides and the biscuits was delicious not dry at all the chicken was fresh and we got everything with no problems the parking lot was clean it was cold when they opened the window it smelled like kfc to you can’t beat that we was happy

The food was ok, nothing special about chixken sandwich. The service was awful, we stood for 5 mins at the counter while 4 employees walked in front of us and never acknowledged us or even said hello. The you lady who took our order was not welcoming or friendly, it seemed like she was forced to be there and even raised her voice to customer that asked for his mashed potatoes with gravy. I donr expect much when I go to fast food places, but this was ridiculous

Why do you serve me a chicken breast cut up and place on my potato bowl. Food dried out and drink with no ice!!! Call the number and get no answer. Bad arrive and trouble service!!!! I will never visit this location again what a waste of my hard earned money.
