I decided to go to KFC today the customer service was horrible. I went a couple weeks ago and the food was so fresh and hot. I told family about it and they decided to start back going. I ordered the hot wing meal and they say they were cooking it fresh and hot and there was not hot nor fresh. Total different staff. I guest I’ll stop going to that one again.

I pre-ordered, it said it would be ready at 7:21 pm. I arrived at 7:31 pm and waited over 30 minutes because they hadn’t prepared my order. When I asked for it again, the lady who served me forgot to order my order, and I had to wait even longer. There was absolutely no one in the room. Why are they taking so long? You’re supposed to pick it up when you order, but apparently those employees still don’t understand that. This happened today, August 31, 2025

The manager is extremely rude and they need to update what time they open on google. Because while on the door, it says 10:30 Google says 10. So while trying to pick up my DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready at 10:21 I could not. And when I tried to call to ask what time my order was going to be ready, the manager hung up in my face. Do better or hire new management.

I came to this location on Sunday, December 28, 2025 around 2:30 PM. I came through the drive-through and Danielle took my order. My card declined a few times and I called Chase Bank to make sure there was nothing wrong with my card. The Chase representative assured me that there was nothing wrong with my card. I asked Danielle to just cancel the drive-through order and see if she could ring it on one of the front cash registers. She told me that she could not cancel the order and they’re not allowed to do that or ring it on the front register because there will be two orders. . I didn’t understand that because if you cancel one that gets rid of that one. I told her that I was coming on the inside so that she could try to ring it up at the front because this should be a simple fix and sometimes certain cards don’t go through on certain cash registers, but she was acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I came on the inside and the card went right through. She should have done that in the first place because that was an inconvenience to me to have to drive back around park my car and come inside. This issue needs to be addressed by upper management and if she is a manager, then that’s ridiculous because as a manager, you’re supposed to go above and beyond with Customer Service. I will not be visiting this location anymore because of the terrible experience and if I could give “0” stars I would.

At around 7:15 pm on 1/13/2026 I ordered the $15 meal for 2 which is 3 breasts and 2 wings. When I got home with my order I found 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs, 1 leg and 1 wing. We do not eat dark meat so this was very upsetting to only receive 2 pieces of chicken that we could eat. We didn’t receive the 2 biscuits which are included. I also paid $1 for 5 honey mustard sauces which I did not receive. This was a waste of money and upsetting because not only did we not have a meal for dinner but when I tried to call KFC to let them know about the order being wrong and to see about getting the situation corrected no one would answer.

I literally give KFC a chance once a year because it has lost the quality I grew up experiencing. We had it over the weekend and we were missing a chicken tender, one was much blacker than the other, the macaroni was out of this world disgusting it immediately got thrown in the trash. The whole meal was so terrible I had to call customer service.

Ordered online. They gave me a pick up time. Pulled to the drive thru window and was told to pull out front and they would deliver it to my car. After 25 minutes I went inside to inquire about the wait time and was told it would be another 5 minutes wait for the filets for my sandwiches. They’re so slow. It’s pathetic. The kicker was an employee walking to his table to eat a meal Chicken Express. You can’t make this ish up!

Horrible customer service. I got here at 9:35 & waited about 10 minutes & I pulled up to the window & the lady was already cleaning up & had her cooking machines turned off. It wasn’t even time to close when clearly they have their hours on the speaker at 10:30. & the lady is VERYYY slow. This is the second time I come here and she takes her sweet time. The se one time she messed up my whole order & was missing food as well.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a bucket meal. Was told to drive around to the other side and wait for our order. We sat there for 5-10 minutes. The girl that brought it to us was not very friendly. After making us wait they still gave us old chicken. To expensive to get old chicken.

They had the dining room closed. They said they had a flood and all actuality They didn’t wanna have to keep cleaning it or deal with people on the inside of the restaurant. The floor was dry as a bone food sucked and so did the service. Cared more about standing outside and smoking a cigarette, then doing her job
