Depending on the day you show up, you could get someone at the drive thru window who is super pleasant or super rude. Had a woman at the window who took my order but kept cutting me off while I was talking…she was rushing me. I drive up to the window and she’s just yapping away on a call. And I don’t think she realized how loud she was talking. Or she didn’t care. Apparently I was interrupting her conversation. It was beyond annoying.

I think it’s truly pointless to go to this KFC, or anyone of them, after 9pm. They stay open until 10pm, just to tell everyone that only certain are available because they stop cooking after 9pm, just to make sure they have less to do when it’s time to close! Might as well close at 9.

Very disappointed in the service at the KFC in Red Oak. I arrived around 8 pm to order the original chicken sandwich meal and a 24 piece hot wing. I was told after a couple of minutes that no more chicken sandwiches could made because there was no meat available to make any more sandwiches for the night. So, I continued with my order of hot wings, a large fry and 2 biscuits. I paid (in cash) and waited for about 30 minutes for my order. Once I got home and removed everything from the sack, I discovered that 6 wings were missing. So I bagged everything back up, drove back through the drive through, and explained the dilemma to the manager. The saddest part was having to request for everything to be remade fresh since there’s at LEAST a 20 minute wait on wings. Unfortunately, the wait turned into another 40 minutes and counting. It truly is sad. I’ve lived in Red Oak since 2007, but I’m forced to patronize restaurants in DeSoto, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, and Waxahachie because the customer service at Red Oak restaurants average around horrible. The evening shift assistant manager at KFC is clearly over her head and has been given a title that she doesn’t appear qualified to have.

Red Oaks restaurant is disgusting inside. Ants all over the place, floor hasn’t been swept in ages. Tables were gross. Not a single person in the restaurant, yet the 5 employees were standing around doing nothing but talking loud, should have cleaned and make chicken nuggets (a chicken place runs out of chicken?). Can’t believe this passes health codes.

I wasn’t even greeted when entering. I waited as the lady dealt with her personal phone deal she rudely said she was waiting on me. Then, I ordered a famous bowl and barely anything in their was small scoop of everything three chicken bites that’s it.
