Definitely not a fast food restaurant. Took them 30 mins just to get my chicken to me. Why they do not have chicken ready to be served out the door I will never know. I think there is to many you kids running these fast food places and they have not a clue on how to work in the real world.

Was gonna try apple pie poppers. They were cold and old, was told once they sell them, they can not give a refund on the pie poppers. even though I didn’t leave the store. I asked before I bought them can I get them fresh. The girl told me they were fresh. Guess what they were not. If I could score negative stars. Asked the so called manager with the star tattoos going up her neck her name she said ” I DONT HAVE YO GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION” And walked off with an attitude. WoW. My Score negative (-)5 for the cold food. Negative(-) 5 rude manager service. Overall negative score. I’d say check your food before you leave, like I did but it wouldn’t matter.

We visited this KFC just before 7:30 on October 14. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes, making eye contact with numerous staff members and even saying good evening. For nearly 15 minutes, we were ignored entirely. There was already a couple eating in the restaurant when we arrived. The staff continued to take and prepare drive-through orders the entire time we stood at the counter waiting. When a staff member in the back commented that they couldn’t wait for the lobby to be empty so it could be cleaned up, we finally left, never having been acknowledged or served. I was deeply disappointed with the way the staff behaved.

I went in for a 12 piece family meal and they charged me for extra gravy and 2 additional sauces. I also wanted double Mac and cheese. I never got my 2 sauces, my other Mac and cheese and they put coleslaw in my bag which I never ordered due to being allergic to ingredients. I’ve tried to call them over and over but the phone line was constantly busy. I paid 50$ for stuff I never even got and am disappointed with arrive so I will not return

The cashier was SO RUDE and the cook was just as rude after asking me if he could help me then gives crazy looks when I ask for a sauce. And a sauce is .29 each but apparently it depends if this particular lady is working as to whether you get kind service and a free sauce
