I ordered online, went to pick it up and was told to come back in 10 min so I did and was given a extremely hot bag and when I opened it , the bag had so much condensation the whole inside of the bag was soaking wet also the bucket of chicken was complete mush, I mean the skin looked like it melted off the chicken they must have not let it cool any before bagging it idk but I came back up here for a 3rd time and asked for my chicken to be replaced I feel like I got the go around about but I kept on the issue I didn’t order soggy wet chicken it don’t even look good I don’t want to eat that it’s not what I paid for and the manager told me I have the same problem because the chicken just came out so I’m again waiting for my bucket of edible chicken. Why does this keep happening ? The last page is of the chicken I was finally given, I’ve spent more in gas then what this 10.00 bucket if cheeked please be more mindful I feel very frustrated at the time I’ve had to spent to get 1 item

Only gave 1 star to review. Ordered a 3pc meal. Got home and realized my biscuit looked as if it had a bite taken out of it. Went all the way back up there to exchange it. Returned back home and took a bite out of the chicken. It was undercooked and batter still wet under the skin. For $14.00 you’d expect to get what you pay for. Will not be doing business with this place again.

Food is always awesome. It’s a high turnover job position so you never know what you are getting as far as customer service, but most of the workers are friendly. Only had one instance where you could tell the fries were the end of the lunch rush and they were pretty gross and crispy and dry by the time I got them at 230. Other than that, it’s a multi chain restaurant giant. It’s about what you expect.

This has happened the last two times we visited KFC of Ada. Food had good flavor but there was very very little crust. Our order of “crispy fried chicken” was almost totally bare. And, let’s face it, the crust is the best part. Disappointing!

My pros for KFC in Ada…service is always friendly and helpful.
Cons, if you get it to go you will end up w meat so dry that it has a green tint to it. Not spoiled just so dry and hard no eat able.
I love ❤️ KFC….just not their take out.

The service is a joke. 4 sauces for a family of 6 eating and everyone wants sauce. Had to argue with them to even get 4 sauces. We literally ordered a family meal and an extra bucket of strips. What a shame that the company is so broke they can’t afford to give out 1 sauce per mouth. Will never spend money here again.

The food was fresh and tasty. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. The day I was here, it was rainy and the floor, though dry, was really slippery. They probably need to scrub the floor with degreaser and hot water. The restaurant was seemed clean and they were cleaning off tables as soon as people finished, so that there were tables for new guests. I am impressed by this KFC.

The Ada location needs help and organization training. The drive-thru is a nightmare, and there are always four or five cars in the street waiting. If you are lucky enough to get inside, it’s only a 30-minute wait vs. the hour in the drive thru line. We usually get original. However, I was told they are only cooking extra crispy, and I would have to wait at least an hour or longer if I really wanted it. They were also out of some of the sides. It is like this every day. I don’t recommend stopping at this location unless you have a ton of patience and are willing to only purchase what they have available instead of what you’re hungry for. They leave you feeling like take it or leave it.
