In town for work and stopped by for lunch. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 2-3 min before I was acknowledged. When getting my food at the window, the person helping me was somewhat rude. She had a bad attitude, was very short and gave me a dirty look when I asked for my receipt. After returning to work and starting to eat I was very disappointed. The chicken strips I ordered were very hard to chew. They didn’t taste that good either. I was very much looking forward to this meal. Since I haven’t had KFC in a long time. I will not be returning to this location.

Today on Dec. 5th at approximately 1:20 P.M. I pulled into the drive through. I sat there for almost 10 minutes before anyone came over the speaker. I ordered a famous bowl, no problem, when I went to get a chicken sandwich as well, the lady, who at this point began to get short with me, told me that “we don’t have any” (I’m assuming chicken for the sandwich, but this was all that was said) and that it i would have to wait. When I asked how long it would be, she, once again with a level of vitriol I have never experienced at a drive through, said that she didn’t know. So I asked her to just give me another famous bowl instead, at this point I heard her mumble something about attitude. I proceeded with my order and then she just stopped talking. I sat there for another couple minutes wondering if it just cut out before I pulled up to the window. She was sitting there with my drinks and proceeded to shove them at me. Not once was I told my total, not once was I asked it I needed anything else. She didn’t even ask what size our drinks were on the final 2 items of our order. I should have just left, but my kids were hungry and I didn’t feel like going anywhere else. She asked me to pull up, I told her of course, even though there was no one else behind me. After receiving my order, and even though the service was atrocious, I smiled and thanked her, to which she rolled her eyes and walked away. I will never dine at this location again and I strongly suggest that no one else does either. After getting home I realized that despite ordering a total of 4 meals, we were given a single spork. This is absolutely ridiculous and management should be ashamed.

Didn’t get the opportunity to purchase anything as they obviously only had 1 employee working today considering it took me having to say “hello” after sitting for 5 minutes for them to acknowledge I was even there. Then they had to tell me to give them a minute so after another 4 minutes I decided I couldn’t waste any more of my lunch break to wait. It wouldn’t be an issue if this wasn’t something that happens each time I go. It also wouldn’t have been a problem if they actually were busy. It honestly felt like they were just waiting for me to get mad and leave so they didn’t have to do any work. And again this wouldn’t have been an issue but this isn’t the first or even the second time this has happened. I’m just done going to this location.

It’s trash every table dirty even tho we were the only ones In the restraunt and no service at all they just stand there and wait for there conversation and pretty sure they gave us old food and my chicken strips were super skimpy! Some official needs to check them out. P.s. another lost customer!!

I just went to the drive thru at 8:05pm on Wednesday March 19th, at the Idabel Oklahoma KFC and was told ” there is a 20 min wait for any chicken”. I was ordering a 10 piece bucket. I asked ” are you not open till 11pm?” Was told ” Yes , but the cook is leaving so they are not cooking any more chicken” ….WOW… I can not believe KFC is ok with their employees refusing to serve chicken when the restaurant is still open. Would love to hear what the district manager has to say.
