I just wanted to say I stopped in Ponca City at your KFC. I was really excited because we don’t have one where we live. They were crazy busy and I just kept thinking I have never seen a KFC so busy. The workers were trying to get stuff ASAP I understand people want to go thru the drive thru and get fresh food they don’t want to wait 5 minutes. Well all people are not that way I would rather wait 20 minutes . The food was good but wasn’t left out long enough so it looked like a bucket of chicken salad. I called and spoke with a very nice, polite, and caring young lady by the name of Whitney. I want to give her 5 GOLD STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for how she handled the situation. I will most definitely return to that KFC again and I sure hope that Whitney and the other staff are acknowledged for doing such a great job under so much pressure. It’s hard to find help like that theses days. Thank you Whitney!!!

Staff is always nice and pretty quick with your order. The food is fresh and the store is pretty clean. I wish it wasn’t so tucked away because I forget about it most days but really enjoy this location. It’s one of the better KFC locations I’ve been too. Definitely recommend

I bought a bucket of chicken original recipe. When I picked it up all the chicken skin was falling off the chicken and it was soggy. I called to speak to the manager and they left me on hold for 10 minutes then I just hung up. I didn’t buy a small amount of chicken and it was barely edible. It was in pieces and someone tried to separate it with sheets of some kind of wax paper like they obviously knew it was soggy. We love kfc but was very disappointed.

Got there early evening. They were apparently busy doing multiple takeouts. Wife ordered the potpie, her favorite, I ordered the 3 piece box dinner, extra crispy. After waiting 17 minutes, I was told the extra crispy order had just dropped and would take a while longer before coming out while apologizing profusely for the delay.
I asked if they had original recipe chicken, which they did, and I said I would have that. Don’t know why it was such a long wait, but at least we received extra biscuits and a sweet apple popper order we didn’t originally order
So I believe they managed to overcome their difficulty and were able to mollify us.

Ordered through doordash and got the complete wrong order. Missing a thing of mashed potatoes and a thing of gravy. Had coleslaw in the bag when I don’t eat it. A pot pie when that wasn’t on my order. I’m pretty sure they bagged the wrong items into the order.

Staff was great and did their job exactly as they should. My issue is with the outdated equipment and faculties they have, who ever franchises this building Is losing alot of proft due to being out dated and understaffed managers.
