recently ordered the Famous Bowl with the spicy chicken option, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. The chicken was heavily saturated in grease to the point of being inedible, which completely overwhelmed the rest of the dish. Worst KFC I’ve ever had. I ordered a 4 piece mixed chicken with French frys and gravy. Out of my meal the only ok thing way the gravy. I know chicken is meant to be greasy but not this greasy. Chicken had been sitting for at least an 1hour and had no breading at all on the chicken. This chicken was not indeed “finger lickin good.” Never eating here again.

This place is a joke!! Ordered online ON THE KFC APP money was taken was told order was placed. I arrived to be told the drive thru is shut down and id need to come inside okay…..proceeds inside online ordering was shut down 2 hours prior and id need to request a refund.. okay fine. After the day I had…I just needed food for my family so proceeded to go back in ready to pay for a whole new meal before getting my refund only to be here nothing but cussing and bs coming from the kitchen…after minutes of waiting im told they dont have anything… no chicken…no tortillas for wraps… no tenders or nuggets…nothing…absolute joke guys why even be open for business?..do better…

I had gotten a coupon in the mail for a 20 piece “mixed” family meal, three sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, two sides of coleslaw, and eight biscuits.
If it had not been for said coupon, I would not have eaten there. The price of the meal was insane with the coupon let alone what it would have been full price..
Biscuits were fine, cold slaw was alright , gravy was ok, potatoes were heavy and bland just like a boxed potato..
The chicken on the other hand was the worst fried chicken I have ever seen in my life..
Fried chicken is meant to be greasy but, this, this is insanely disgusting.
Greasy, dark, soggy boned chicken..
I would not feed it to your grandma, your sister, or your pregnant girlfriend!
This is definitely a food quality problem.

I keep giving this restaurant a second chance. Not after tonight. We got an 8 piece meal. The potatoes and gravy were single serving, the cole slaw was single serving, no biscuits, the chicken looked like someone had manhandled it, and the piece my wife had was not fully cooked. Needless to say, we will not be using the restaurant again. If you want chicken, you might be better off with Churches.

DON’T RECOMMEND getting your order with the honey bbq sauce. Cashier Colten said corporate is having them water down the bbq sauce. Instead of them being actually tossed in bbq sauce like advertised they are tossed in bbq water. Looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Haven’t been here in years and won’t be back.

Used to be good. Today not so much.
Chicken tenders tasted like they were sitting for a bit, and had a weird smell(could’ve been the hot honey sauce) potato wedges were old and Mac and cheese tasted gross.

I will never go to KFC again the last time I went it took an hour and 45 mins to get our order. Today I decided to give it another chance. Two items I bought were left out and I got the worst fries I have ever gotten. I didn’t even order fries. The chicken I did get was crazily super tough and under cooked at the same time. It gave the vibes of being cooked from being frozen solid. I will never go back.
