I am very disappointed with the experience my mother had at this location today.
She ordered a chicken bowl and, as she has had issues with incorrect food in the past, she checked her meal before leaving. The chicken pieces were extremely hard and appeared overcooked to the point of being inedible. She politely asked the employee at the counter if the chicken could be replaced since she had already paid for the meal.
Instead of resolving the issue professionally, a manager came to the counter and immediately said, “We’re not giving away no free chicken,” and proceeded to argue with my elderly mother in front of other customers. This was not a request for free food she simply wanted the product she paid for to be fresh and edible.
The situation was made even more upsetting because my disabled daughter was present and witnessed the entire interaction. No customer, especially a senior, should be spoken to or treated this way over a simple request for replacement of poor-quality food.
Good customer service means listening and correcting mistakes, not becoming defensive and argumentative. This experience has left our family very disappointed, and we hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on professionalism and respect.

KFCs latest addition – $7 fill up box is one of the best I have ever had. I had the box with 3 tenders with dipping sauce of your choice, 2 strawberry pie poppers, mashed potatoes, biscuit with honey and butter and a drink. The tenders were really good – less breaded and more chicken. Loved the flavor(can compete with canes chicken). The strawberry pie poppers blew my mind. I wish it was bigger. The flavor was awesome. Overall, this is the best KFC experience I have ever had.

I’m beyond disappointed with my $50 order. The ‘gravy’ was an absolute joke – it was like brown water, not gravy. And to make matters worse, I got nothing but thighs, wings, and legs! They admitted I should have had four chicken breasts, but there were none! All they offered was a free cake if I came back? That’s it? After spending $50 and getting completely ripped off with watery gravy and missing chicken, they offer a cake? Unacceptable!”

Oven was broken, so no biscuits and no discount. Not the best area of town and the entrance and exit, don’t take a low setting car in you will bottom out. It’s Diffinantly not the best KFC. 3 star is pushing it, but Ill give them that

It’s Friday after work, I’m hungry, I’m tired & didn’t feel like cooking dinner. I thought I’ll just jump off the Hwy grab some chicken & head home. I spent over thirty dollars & I expected good chicken, but instead I received chicken that must have been left over from lunch. It was dry, burnt & hard. Disgusting! Thirty dollars for this! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

It’s been years since I went to a KFC due to poor service and food. I heard about the 2 wraps for $5 and decided to try. The wraps are 1 small chicken strip 2 pickles and some mayonnaise wrapped in a 6 inch tortilla. As if that’s not bad enough this store specifically. I could not understand the drive thru lady, she was rude at the window and told me they don’t have honey mustard even after I pointed at it. This was the last straw for me. I will never go to another KFC. Food and service at any other chicken place is better.

Recently this KFC’s Famous Potato Bowl has been less then desirable.
There have not been any cheese on the Potato Bowls, plus it’s been looking not really appetizing. =/
Also this time they gave the cookie that’s supposed to come with the meal. But the last two times I’ve order the Potato Bowls over the last maybe 1-2 months they have not gave the cookie.
And the employees have been extremely rude, when we pulled up we said “hello?” Because no one was answering. And then there was a women (idk her name) who rudely said very loud “hold on will you!” Then maybe 3-4 minutes later a guy got on and took our order, he was pretty nice.

Picked up food to take home that’s 20 minutes away. Once home, I found that the order of gizzards I paid for was not included, all the way through the sweet corn container is dried up, shriveled, brown kernels, & not a single napkin or butter was included offered at the window. It was a brand new site & am sorry to say that this was a huge disappointing stop.
