Got the new spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good and filling, and the fries were very good as well. Wish I could give five stars, but the wait defeated the ability to call it a fast food restaurant. Over 30 minutes from order to leaving. Otherwise, a good place to eat.

More expensive than most KFC’s but it doesn’t mean their ain’t no good customer service. In fact the customer service here is fantastic and I love every bit of it. I told the cashier the frustration for the 5 dollar lunch box being a dollar more than what a standard KFC lunch box should be. After expressing that opinion. The cashier decided to mess with the computer to round my total to 7.00 exact basically giving me a large drink which is normal 1.99 for like 40 cents. Will not forget that.

I was the only customer in the restaurant for the 30 minutes I was there. The staff was completely unfriendly from start to finish. When I asked for my receipt, the lady (who was still standing beside her register) pointed at the printed receipt next to her and said I could grab it myself if I wanted it. Floors were absolutely disgusting.

This location has had it’s ups and downs over the years. The focus right now is on fast food. So while the food might be delicious, the presentation and care is definitely lacking. Still a fine food experience, just don’t expect to be wowed.

Not bad, but it is only a KFC I didn’t expect too much walking in. And would probably never give a fast food joint a five star rating. Customer service was good, place was clean and friendly enough that I will return at some point.

My wife and I went to the kfc in Guymon OK to get their 20 dollar chicken meal.
We got there at about eight pm give or take 5 minutes.
After ordering we sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, then a cook from the kitchen came out and said they were low on crispy chicken and could we be satisfied with regular.
I didn’t order regular, because we don’t like regular we like crispy.
After all they have 1 hour 45 minutes until they close, duh cook some crispy.
At witch time I was told it was too close to closing and I would have to take regular.
So I told them I needed my money back.
What kind of chicken place doesn’t have chicken to sell, 2 hours before close on a Friday night?
I was truly baffled!
Perhaps they should take the crispy off the menu at 8 pm, and whatever else they don’t feel like cooking, this way people don’t waste their time!
