This place was gross!! Overcooked chicken, hard biscuits, the lobby was closed, went through drive thru and half of the menu was missing. After we pulled up to the window, the lady told us that they had fries but that the grease was no good, so we’d need to get something else as a replacement. We got the food, chicken was a dark grey, and hard. And when we were sitting in the drive thru line, there was the stench of sewer surrounding this place. We weren’t given a receipt, we went back to get a refund, she only offered to give us more food, she apparently was the manager, and said she couldn’t give a refund without a receipt. She also said that she didn’t know why we were given those chicken strips when there were fresh ones already made. We took a picture and said to the people behind us not to waste their money bc it wasn’t worth it at all, and even they walked out after being shown what they’d be paying for. Will be reporting this to the health department.

KFC is not the same as it once was. But this is probably the worse KFC I’ve been to. The first sign of trouble was the stinch of what I assume was dirty mop water yet the floor was dirty.Some how they managed the impossible to under cook the chicken yet dry it out like sand paper. Extra crispy was un crispy and old. The biscuit was smashed and so hard it could’ve been used in the NHL. The gravy was not even warm. And the floors and majority of tables were dirty. There was hardly anyone at the counter I waited 10 minutes to ask for napkins and sit down. A employee came in and asked if I needed anything. After getting my napkins. The manager was yelling at him about when to and not to clock in and completely and ignored the customer’s in the building. Unclean, unprofessional, poor costumers service, and uneatable food. I would’ve given negative stars if I was able to.

Been here a few times the past couple months, and it seems like they’re always out of a lot of stuff and you don’t know it when doing online ordering. And they claim they can’t cancel the order so you’re stuck getting only partial orders because they’ve ran out of stuff. Also if you plan on ordering. Order a hour ahead of time and you’ll probably still be waiting for your food to be finished when you get there.

I ordered the hot wings, potato wedges and biscuits. The chicken was grossly overcooked, very dark and dry. The biscuits were literally like hockey pucks, too hard to cut open. The wedges were ok. But all in all, awful experience.

If I could give a 0 stars I would…I door dashed for 6 of my granbabies to have at least 2 pieces of chicken each ( a 16 piece) . They replaced my order with 13 strips because they ran out of chicken…selling chicken and don’t have any.

It’s the worst KFC chicken I ever had. They need to clean their fryer. The chicken comes out black and nasty tasting. Just awful! and all the employees we’re in the back yesterday talking about dating and flirting and just standing around. They should have cleaned the grease in the fryer. They didn’t put my mac and cheese in my bag. Came back still had to wait for them to come and check the front after i caught real loud.
The only time i will come back is if the manger or her sister are working. I get the best service when there there.

Ordered 12 piece wings to go with fries and 4 biscuits. Wings were so overcooked they were black and ice cold. Biscuits were also ice cold and hard as a rock. I will NEVER return

Smokey inside and took over 50 minutes to get our food. Everybody else in the lobby was also waiting about the same amount of time. They also ran out of chicken. I asked the lady at the counter why it’s taking so long, and she had an attitude and said that she just can’t wait till 4 so she can go home. She said the employees are not happy working here and they are quitting, so that’s why it’s taking so long.
Also, it’s very smokey in the restaurant. The worker said that it is always this way and it is messing them up. Other customers are coughing from it. The workers said the ventilation system isn’t working well, so the fried food is smoking and going into the lobby area.
