We go every Tuesday for the $10 bucket. The last 3x we have went, the chicken was way over cooked, and so full of grease . Every week we keep trying because we do love KFC BUT….. with the bad chicken everytime and the customer service is unbelievably bad. The second to last time we went, we waited in line for 45 min without being told anything I finally had to call inside to find out what the he’ll was taking so long, they said ” oh sorry were short staffed, there is only 2 of us”. Your Lawton store is getting worse everyday and if your employees can’t even day hello or smile at they’re customers when they greet them, maybe they should rethink the line of work they are in, and maybe the hiring manager should really, stop just hiring anyone and start looking for people that actually have manners and a personality. Your customers deserve better. A smile and a kind word goes a long way.

I actually give KFC a 0 STAR. As this was the most disgusting chicken, biscuits were hard, potatoe wedges were disgusting & hard from being over cooked. What a waste of money! And there not cheap! I’m 48 yrs old & KFC’s food used to be soooo good! NOT anymore YUCK! We threw it ALL in the trash. Will NEVER buy food from them ever again. I was actually shocked that there food tasted so nasty. Plus they got our order wrong didn’t give us what we ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone DON’T waste your money yall. You will be disappointed. I actually got sick from eating 1 piece of there chicken. It taste like there using old used up grease or something & definitely over cooked. Even the color of the chicken didn’t look normal to me.

I ordered the 12-piece family meal. Got my food. Got it home. This is the worst selection of chicken I’ve ever gotten from a KFC. Almost all breast you could tell it’s not fresh. I won’t be going here again. Y’all need to do better but the gentleman that took my order was very pleasant

For $11, I received the two smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen, a tiny bit of potatoes with gravy, one dry biscuit and a drink. The drink was the best part. Will not be going back.

Ordered a 3 piece combo meal and recieved only 2 pieces but was charged 3 piece price. Went thru drive thru and didn’t find out till I got home. Guess because I am a senior, they thought I couldn’t eat 3 pieces! Check your orders closely people.

I’m visiting a friend and we went to KFC and when I pulled up to drive through window a sign was posted.
No refunds and when I got home and opened my box . The sign made sense.
Every order they make was probably getting returned.
My biscuit looked like a burnt pancake. My fries were old and box half full. Chicken burnt. The guy at the window was a smart ass.

We live out of state and don’t have KFC anymore. Was excited to get excepted that we ordered the famous bowls and brought it back to my daughter’s who we are visiting to get no chicken in our bowls.Tried calling their phone number and it doesn’t go through. Not happy and very disappointed to get no chicken.

We ate here on Sunday (Jan 4) and the food was delicious, the dining room was clean and warm, and the group of young men taking care of customers were so kind and helpful. Definitely on my list of lunch spots!

I ordered online for convenience but I was told first that I must come inside to get my order, I went inside and although my order was supposed to be ready I’m told it’s going to be 20 more minutes. Asked for a refund since I had to be back at work. Was told they don’t do refunds. Was just out of luck. No lunch and no refund. This place had NO customers and has gone downhill bad. Will NOT return

Went through drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes on chicken and was not told ahead of time. Now they don’t issue refunds. They charged me 3.48 for an extra side that was not told would be extra thought it came with combo. Didn’t even have any Cole slaw $18.00 dollars to sit and wait. Ridiculous should have went to Chicken express. Will not be eating here again.
