Sandwiches were okay and fries were okay. Chicken tenders were not good. The kids meal came with dark grayish old chicken nuggets and the fries were dark and old and chewy in the kids meal. The rest of the meals were more fresh. Not happy with this particular location at all.

Had to wait 30m+ a pickup order that had been scheduled 6 hours before. Got home and there was a pile of grease but not a hint of the sides we ordered. Called cust service and kept getting circular questions. how many sides did you order? 2 How many did you get? zero. So what sides did you get instead? This is the second time I have been here with experience the same. My order was a little over $60 this time, and higher last time I went. I have been to KFC 3 times since moving to Oklahoma 5 years ago and this will be the last. Last time I was missing a kids meal and some sides. Tonight I asked if my sauces were in the bag and the cashier told me “I don’t know I didn’t make it.” After seeing there wasn’t any, she got me what I paid extra for. After getting home I am missing chicken. I ordered 1-12pc meal and extra 7pc. We have only 15pcs. I have tried calling, and as the same as last time I tried to get the to rectify the issue, all I get is a busy signal. I am annoyed with the short dismissmissive cashier, mad I’m missing food, again, and the chicken I’m not sure hasn’t been out for a while as soggy as it is. Can you please care enough for your job to to make someones experience better. It really shows that people don’t put much pride in what they do anymore.

Worst food ever. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this weak excuse of a meal prep. They gave us two burnt breast in two separate orders. The cook obviously isn’t paying attention. And the mash n’ gravy taste funny most likely they didn’t follow the directions or it is old. The fries were cold and somewhat soggy no seasoning on them. The chicken tasted cold and dried up. Will not be ordering from this bs KFC again. Get better staff because this KFC is rotten to the core.

Sure don’t know what’s happening with places but they have turned to crap, go up on prices and down on quality and service. I just left this place i ordered the big box with 3 chicken pieces I drive up to window paid and was made to pull around to door to sit out and wait on my food set there for more than 5 minutes and thought well maybe I’ll get some fresh hot food, wrong I got home the chicken was old and cold and what got me was when the boy that brought out my food and the cars food that ordered behind me he just swinging it around like really, not again I guess if I want chicken anymore I’ll go to grocery store and get it a lot cheaper and more to it.

We went through the drive thru to get a family meal with 12 tenders and 3 sides. After waiting to place our order for almost 2 minutes at the speaker box with no other cars in sight, I finally honked my horn to see if there was anyone inside. I was finally greated and my order was taken. We pulled forward to pay for my food to wait another 3 minutes at the window. At that time they asked me to pull around and wait near the double doors on the other side of the building. After we finally got our food we headed for home. Once home we started unpacking the food and getting ready to have our dinner and noticed that we had two boxes of biscuits with no chicken at all anywhere in the bag. We tried calling them ahead of time but after the phone rang so many times it disconnected itself for the third time we headed up there to get our chicken. They did make good on it when we got there and offered us a lemon cake to make up for the mistake. The cake was appreciated.

Do NOT order from the KFC app! I ordered, got to the restaurant at 7pm they proceed to tell me they only have 6 pieces of bone in chicken to last them until 11pm (which is exactly what I ordered) and they can’t fill the order, to cancel it and they’ll give me my money back. Well, they already accepted it so you can’t cancel it, you have to email and request a refund. I’m upset. You can’t cook more? What about every other customer? You can’t cook more? My phone number was on the order, you could have called.

I’ve dined at this KFC location for lunch a handful of times, and this past Monday was no different than the rest..
I ordered a two-piece, dark combo with a side. On this occasion, I went with mac & cheese.. The combo also came with a biscuit and a soft drink..
All of my lunch encounters have been met with great customer service and the freshest food possible.. I wasn’t disappointed on this occasion either..
My chicken was served hot, fresh, and juicy. The mac & cheese was fully acceptable despite it being a food service product, and the biscuit was fresh, hot, and flaky..
All in all, I have no complaints over my handful of visits to this KFC location.. With each visit, I’m also reminded of the KFC of old by the interior decor as well..

Ordered online to give them plenty of time to make our order. Part of our order was the Chicken and Waffle Fan Favorites box…my box was in the bag, but they didn’t put in the waffles or nuggets for my boys. Also missed two large sides. $81 order, I expect better care than this.
