By far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. This may just be a fast food establishment but please take the time to read this review to its entirety.
We are from out of state and this was a horrible first impression. Upon walking in the dining area is noticeably dirty, food. Soda and napkins covering the floors and tables, there is a kitchen kettle set on the floor in the lobby catching water from the leaking ceiling one of 3 places that I saw it leaking from.
There was nobody at the front counter to greet us when we walked in so we placed our order on the kiosk. After placing the order we both used the bathroom. The men’s bathroom looks like it has never once been cleaned. This is not an exaggeration it was gross. The sink was black with grime, the floor soaked in urine, every inch was disgusting.I was told that the woman’s bathroom had blood all over the toilet and was also dirty.
I approach the counter to request my cup and the (i assume manager wearing black shirt) seemed friendly and hands me a cup saying that the wings were going to take 8 minutes. That isnt a problem at all.
We waited at a table for 10 minutes and I watched employees soak the floor with buckets of water. I watched (the manager) snap at an employee about the water which although I agree was unacceptable, it was inappropriate to reprimand the employees at the counter where I could hear and see the conversation.
Manager then proceeds to leave the store. (Stomps outside) I didnt see what he did but he appeared stressed, id say safe bet he went out to smoke.
Now 20 minutes have gone by when manager comes back in and asks me have I been taken care of?
No…. its been 20 minutes
Manager blames the employee for not finishing my order and goes to put together my order.
5 minutes later im still waiting and he comes up to the counter to tell me “they” didnt drop the wedges and I could either switch my side or wait another 2 minutes.
I said ill just wait.
He says sorry for the wait im going to put these apple things in with your food as well. ( these apple things were rock hard and tasted as if they had been under the heat lamp for 2 hours.)

Went in and had to order at kiosk and then waited 20 minutes for the chocolate chip cake. Something you literally walk to the freezer to make. Others there had been waiting 30 minutes or more for their orders. One lady stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The dine in area was filthy and the overall atmosphere was non existent.
You’re better off going through the drive thru or doing online pick up. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that took so long. Someone joked I could have made the cake and put icing on it by now! Won’t be back.

Went to 2 KFC’s today the one on Grand avenue in fort Smith Arkansas. And the one in Alma Arkansas. Two totally different experiences. People on Grand avenue were rude, with no people skills!
The employees at Alma KFC were very respectful, helpful, and courteous. Early enjoyed seeing people that done their job with pride!!5 stars all day long for Alma

Ordered food and sat down. There were 2 people behind the counter and they were continuously sending orders out for drive through orders. After watching and waiting for a while (10-15) minutes, I went to counter and asked for my food. The worst KFC I’ve ever had. The slaw was fine, the chicken was tough and dry. Will never go back.

This place was discusting! Trays covered in grease. Everything just dirty. We had missing menu item and went to counter, they gave people in front their food then looked at me and turned around.Bathroom was horrible too.Will not return.

The food was so greasy that it literally had the bottom of the bucket in grease! Maybe a half inch of grease and the chicken was so soggy in grease! It was just thrown all together and I was the only one there in line and no one inside so being in a hurry isn’t an excuse so maybe laziness?!?! I am so disappointed after spending 42 dollars to feed my family to get nothing but sad faces at the table complaining about how soggy it was and greasy….. I’m not the one to complain but jeez this was uncalled for…

Last couple of times I’ve been the food was delicious (it’s greasy fast food, you get what you get, I just happen to love it) the breading on the chicken was slightly undercooked, didn’t stop me from finishing a bucket of legs and thighs. Ordered through the app, waited maybe a minute or two at the window. Overall happy and maybe 5 lbs heavier

I walked in a 8:15pm to place a togo order and for some reason, the sight of a black man angered this woman so, that she threw the mop in her hand across the dining room onto the floor. She angrily took my order. Ironically she pleasantly smiled at the white couple that walked in a few minutes after I entered. 2024 Arkansas….go figure

Avoid! We stopped in for lunch on a cross-country drive. The outside appearance isn’t too bad, but upon entering we found out we entered a KFC nightmare. Immediately you notice the food crumbs littered across the floor, every trashcan piled up like a mountain of leftover fried chicken bones and trash. Countless flies were buzzing around. My fiancé hit the women’s restrooms while I searched for a clean, vacant table to sit at. Although there were ample seating available, not one table was clean. I finally decided to sit at the lest dirty one, after I removed the trash that had been left. As I sat waiting for my fiancé, a customer at the counter, a very thin man with no teeth was yelling to the employees about waiting 40 minutes for his order. This rambled on for about 5 minutes. I then, couldn’t help but overhear the old couple sitting nearest to me complaining about how hard the biscuits were and the old man said they probably use them for hockey practice. Then as the yelling dude gets his order and finally leaves my fiancé came out of the restroom. I could tell the look on her face was a look of total disgust. She said the bathroom smelled horrible and there was a dirty diaper laying next to the toilet. She also said the floor was soaking wet with who knows what. We sat there for a minute looking around and discussing if it was a good idea to eat food at such a dirty, neglected restaurant. After reading other reviews we just simply left. I can not attest for the quality of the food since we decided to leave but I’ll always take pawpaw’s word for it when it comes to biscuits.
