This place is the biggest joke in Russellville. 30+ minute wait times for cold food and wrong orders every single time. And when you complain, the managers treat you like you were the problem. Corporate genuinely needs to shut this place down.

Chicken sandwich had a little wait but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a large order so a wait was expected and they got everything correct even though we made changes at the window. Awesome job

We had an hour to kill in town, and had KFC coupons so stopped by. The cashier was very fast and accomodating. The food was at our table before we finished getting our drinks and sitting down. The food was very good. We got a bucket and fries. The fries were much nicer than many other fast food places and the chicken is always good – original recipe. It was a good experience.

Service was terrible Waited inline 15 minutes after taking my order. Filled 4 orders that came in after I placed mine and had to go to the counter to be recognized. After being inside for 20 minutes I asked for the refund and left. 3 other customers left before placing an order when I told them my wait time.

Did a pick up order. Everyone was in back and didn’t notice that I was there for about 5 minutes. The fries were really old. The biscuits so old they were hard and crunchy. Tenders under cooked and old. Fried chicken bland and old. Mash potatoes normal. The ranch dipping sauce was bad like it was spoiled so tossed it.
